Worst place to work too much politics going on inside work New employees don’t get treated well by other employees

The managers with the initials "LBC" and "CB" should be fired. Because of them I watched a poor employee lose his job because of his medical condition. Just because they didn't like him taking time off to see his practitioner. You are just a number I guess.

Delivery address is 4150 Mainway. Very quick unload. Security and unloader were very friendly. Plenty of room to maneuver your truck and trailer. Easy customer

I'm writing this as a 'senior' associate that was responsible for 3+ multinational accounts that has also worked with major multinational pharmaceutical clients and other major brand-name multinational clients. I'm not going to name specifics but you probably have been a customer of these high profile, multi-brand, multinational clients i.e. Everything from smart-phones, toothpaste, baby formula, eye-care to diabetes meds and pharmaceutical narcotics. Things sold at 'WALco' and 'COSTmart' etc.
Attention current employees - Ring the GREGorian BELL! Never complain to HR about management, talk to a LAWYER (free consultation) that specializes in employment/labour law or you will SUFFER FROM REPRISALS! Public 'hexual sarassment' by a manager and a culture of general harassment has been allowed due to 'he's gonna retire anytime now. ' and 'need a confession. ' All the supervisors, managers and HR knew this but only a public r*ping on video and a confession would be needed for termination.
Starting pay is around minimum wage but work demand is akin to a high paying construction labourer job. Extremely high employee turnaround rate for the very few employees they can attract (mainly immigrants from developing countries that don't know any better.) Most are TEMPORARY AGENCY workers that get PAID MORE than regular employees! Even McDonalds and AMAZON PAYS MORE!
Some managers and HR need to be imprisoned for fraud/corruption. HR allows criminal harassment by management. Management allows sensitive HEALTHCARE products like baby formula to ROT in an uncontrolled environment like a loading dock that is 35 celsius contrary to SOP! Remember that baby formula recall/shortage? Quality assurance? More like "say whatever it takes to the clients to make the sale" department.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chirag Soni, my UPS Business Development Specialist since October of last year. His care and assistance has been nothing short of exceptional. He was instrumental in introducing my company to importing product from the USA and setting us up with a brokerage account. He has always been available to help with situations or concerns I have run into. I can not say enough about his knowledge, dedication and efficiency. We are very lucky to be working with him.

2and a half hour waiting for dock 1155… seriously UPS… work properly you guys made all my day bad by delaying all my work

I have worked for UPS for the last two years and I love my job. It makes me sad when I read that other people's experiences haven't been the same. I find if you come to work ready to put in effort and positivity you can really grow with UPS. You get back what you put in, to anything you do in life.

Well where do I start? First off NATALIE the supervisor got me fired not once but twice. Once from the warehouse and another time at the food cafeteria (which isn’t owned by UPS)
Natalie gets away with everything, she’s rude and unprofessional she even called a fellow employee a “b” for no reason.
Natalie fired me the first time because she knew I was happy in her account and kept asking the manager to go to another account so she felt threatened. Her and her little squad she has also takes advantage of breaks and goes for hour long smoke breaks.
Don’t try to go to HR either because they defend their own. When I tried to go to upper management I got fired. Look out for Natalie, dominos, josh and of course Landon. They treat employees like garbage and expect the most from them.

Collene Barlow will do anything in her power to dismiss you from the workplace if she doesn't like you. She is a bully.

Work maybe hard or it’s difficult it doesn’t matter working there is a dream come through I am happy to work at ups. And I am Honoured to have a wonderful team and a wonderful people to work by my side has given me courage to work even harder no bad no matter the possibilities coming through my way.

Not used them but great place for shipping supplies and little extras like photo copying, printing
