Dr. Sugar was so sweet and comforting. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in depth. They use state of the art equipment and all of the staff are extremely welcoming. Reception took care of all the insurance stuff for me!

All staff members are amazing! They make you feel like family. Great facility and always clean.

This dental clinic defines what is meant by the best. Integrity. Excellence of care, both in expertise and attitude. Friendliness. Laughs. A beautiful facility. And, in the believe it or not department, there was a time in my life when I was terrified of going to dentists in general but when I go to this clinic, I think of it as a pampering relaxation session and I come out feeling refreshed.

I only have good things to say about the clinic. Gloria was an angel, despite having been very busy, she found a way to give me an emergency appointment. Dr. Sugar was very kind, he explained each step, each procedure. The place is very nice, the staff very friendly and professional, I will definitely come back.

My family has been coming to Uptown Yonge for several years. The care from Dr. Sugar is top notch, from his knowledge to the state-of-the-art equipment used. The reception is professional and friendly and the hygienists make it actually enjoyable getting your teeth cleaned!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sugar’s for the past few years and the staff are unbelievably friendly and kind. I recently had a filling (from a previous dentist) fall out, and they were able to squeeze me in within a few days to avoid unnecessary pain.

The hygienist team are absolutely the best at making you feel at ease and provide helpful tips and demos to ensure your teeth are well taken care of.

I was looking for a new dentist and was excited to try this place. However, when I arrived I was greeted with rudeness. The woman behind the desk (I think she was a hygienist though) didn't say "hi" or "how can I help you" or even "please have a seat and I will be with you in a moment". She said to me "go sit down" in a very rude tone so I just walked out. I will take my considerable dental coverage to one of your competitors.

They said that they would not charge the examination fee before making an appointment. The next day I came for the examination and someone else was working at the reception.they examined me and when I said I need to think about it because it was 2-3 times the price they gave me before examination then they said you will pay the examination fee because the other recepstions said she is not here I never recommend it, they definitely cheated me and forced me to pay.
