My recent experience on Wednesday Dec 13th, I couldn't be more impressed and due to unforseen circumstances Urban automotive efficiently accommodates changes to my appointment which was at an earlier date.

Their communication is always transparent and courteous, making the entire process a breeze. I was going back home to Montreal after a long trip. Started the car and noticed there was a problem.
A friend suggested Urban Automotive.
Best suggestion ever!

They were courteous and made me feel at home. Even though I obviously didn’t have an appointment, after only a few short hours I was back on the road, problem fixed and fully reassured.

Clean and professional shop for auto service, staffs are extremely friendly and patience to go through every details you need to know about your vehicle, extremely satisfied with the service I received from Derek, clear report and no hiding fees, one of the best shops in town.

I was an off the street customer, immediately upon entering Urban Automotive I was greeted in a pleasant and professional manner. Even though my request was for a minor repair, I was scheduled for next day service and it was completed in a timely manner with no delays. They also provided an email with a Courtesy Inspection which I thought showed me their level of service. Overall, a very good experience and as I mentioned to the owner, I'll be bringing all our vehicles there for future repairs/service.

If you own a car then you need a trusty mechanic shop. If you live near Mississauga/Oakville, do not waste your time and money anywhere else.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The services are speedy. The spring broke on my car. They did through inspection on my car and provided detail report. They ordered the parts and replaced the spring and struts the next day. Thanks to Andrew for fixing my car, and thanks to Daniel and Derek for giving me ride home and picking me up. Very happy with the shop.

I recently had my brakes fixed here and was very pleased with the results. The price was very competitive. All work was detailed for me in quote. Staff are helpful and pleasant. I would strongly recommend Urban Automotive.

Urban Automotive were outstanding, I pulled up Sept 13 2022 with my 1972 Corvette for new tires installation and the moment I walked in I was greeted like I was a family member. Service was fantastic they took me for a tour of their super clean well organized shop. There techs were very friendly and experienced.

Amazing place. This was my first visit with this business. I was in contact with Derek who made my appointment, and followed the vehicle every step. I had the car towed to their shop and it was all seamless. Diagnostics done, and Derek called and informed me of costs and options. The work was done, Derek texted and explained the warranty. Awesome service, everyone friendly and I was comfortable with the entire process. I will definitely return and recommend to others.

We hadn't gone to this shop in a while, not because we weren't happy but because we had 2 new cars with pre-paid maintenance at our dealer. Now we are back at Urban and weren't surprised at the same level of service we received years before. Mike is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly.honest. Booked an appointment with Urban Automotive to replace a flat tire that I ordered online and shipped directly to their place. Process was smooth, professional and successful. I was able to place an order for a tire and have it shipped to them, made an appointment for the day after the tire was delivered and have it changed. Everything was on-time, and they even cleaned my wheels and the floor mats without being asked. Staff was friendly, and they have a clean and comfortable waiting area. Recommended and will return for other service when the need arise.

Hi Mike.
Thanks for sorting out the vibration I was feeling in the car. Even though there was a slightly bent tire rim, balancing all 4 tires eliminated the vibrations when driving and breaking. Good call on doing that first rather then just replacing a $1300 rim and achieving the same goal.
Claire did a great job.
My other car has the same issue so I have to make an appointment to get that one is as well.
