Urban Barn Etobicoke

It is always a great experience to go into the store at north queen.great selection of products and extremely helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful and gave their insight! I love this store because their things are good quality and affordable.

We’re very happy with UB after looking for our new bedroom furniture. It took a while to find but Urban Barn had the style, quality and price we had been looking for.

While Urban Barn generally has nice furniture, I feel I have been lied to by Urban Barn's advertising. I was looking forward to getting a specific couch, when I noticed that it went on sale on Black Friday. Upon visiting the store, the same couch on display had a Black Friday discount tag confirming my observation online. However, during the last step of purchasing, I was notified that, on the contrary, no such sale applies to the couch I wanted as it was apparently not available in any warehouse. This was very misleading and very disappointing and will definitely negatively impact my relationship with Urban Barn moving forward.

My sister and I were looked after by Juliana at your store on North Queen and she was very knowledgable and very helpful and we were able to select two stools which we are really happy with.

My experience at Urban Barn is always wonderful. Their sales staff are helpful and happy to serve you. They have young girls there who are very knowledgeable. Basically my house has been decorated by Urban Barb. I highly recommend it.

Customer service was great, they have an amazing furniture protection of 5 years included which is unbeatable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, great for short term rentals.

Urban Barn is one of my favourite stores for home accents. Yes, it can be pricey but it's good quality merchandise. My suggestion is just to keep an eye out for when items go on sale because you can get really good deals.

No follow up on my order. No communication from this store after it had arrived. No status information. No operational hours info on the website. Takes too long to get to customer service. There are several quality furniture stores better than Urban Barn. Don’t waste your time here, they cannot handle online sales. Website takes too long to load.

I always shop at the Etobicoke Urban Barn Store. The ladies are always very helpful and friendly.

I was told to wash my hands because I can’t use sanitizer, then I saw a family- Caucasian by the way walk right in and no When was asked to put on sanitizer Or wash their hands.

Lisa was awesome! Super friendly, not pushy and was very helpful. Picked up a bomb couch and Lisa made my first time experience amazing. I'll definitely be back and referring my friends there. Thanks for the awesome service!

It was a great experience. Judith is a great asset for Urban barn-very helpful and polite. My experience with urban barn Oakville was not that great so I went to Etobicoke location and I was extremely happy there. In the Oakville location Cheri is an asset but my experience with Fiona was bad.

FIVE STARS! The sales staff at the Etobicoke store is stellar! Especially Lisa and Julie; they were both super helpful and incredible patient when I visited the store, in search of a couch that I saw online this week. Lisa, who has a tremendous flare for interior design, took the time to help me pull several beautiful pieces together to complete "the look" and provided me with great suggestions to stay within my living room design budget. I got the feeling that they genuinely enjoyed their job. Julie helped package up my pillows and accessories with care while Lisa placed my order for 2 couches and a coffee table. She was very conscientious and is helping me find a suitable rug to match my furniture purchases. I can't wait to see what my living room will look like when everything gets delivered:) Love this store!

Great experience - salesperson was super helpful and the store had exactly what I was looking for. Glad I discovered we have and UB in Etobicoke!

Rude staff. Went there to furnish a new home, but was ignored. I walked in and three staff members just looked and didn't say hello (including a manager). I was in the store with one other person. When I questioned their poor customer service I was told they were low staffed. 3 people 2 customers and you can't say hello. Hmmm. Will be shopping somewhere else.

Was treated really well by all staff at this location. As we shopped around they provided colouring papers and crayons for our kids, which helped a lot. They went above and beyond helping find matching pieces to our dining room table set at other locations for us.

As for the reviewer below purchasing a floor model, it’s up to you to inspect the furniture and find any defects. They clearly state that it’s a floor model and final sale. As far as they know, when you looked at it and said you would buy it, that you did your part in inspecting it totally to your satisfaction.

I was not impressed with the customer service I received after purchasing a floor model desk.

When I purchased the desk, I did see that it had some scratches and didn't mind that, but to my surprise when I brought the desk home and unwrapped it, there was quite a dent at the back of the desk. That was not visible when I purchased the desk.

When I called the store to inform them of the dent, I was told that because it was a floor model, there was nothing they can do.

I was very discouraged and informed them that I was not happy at all with their customer service and that they should have inspected the desk before wrapping it and informed me before my picking it up.

I was immediately greeted when I walked in and found the perfect double wide chair to fit in my den. The service was great and the staff extremely helpful but not pushy.

The staff was very very friendly, the store is nicely organized, beautiful everything inside the store and great prices and I got a nice discount in my lamp.

I always enjoying working with the ladies at Urban Barn Etobicoke, especially Julie. She has been my go to person for many years now. She is knowledgable, helpful and a pleasure to work with.

We had a big fiasco with Urban barn with a table we had ordered for our dining room. They had a table we absolutely loved but whenever it arrived, it was the wrong colour. Itwas supposed to be a warm brown and the actual table had too much black in. We had to return the table twice because the manufacturer kept messing it up. I won't go into all the details but eventually it was dealt with and we were told that we were entitled to a gift card as an apology for our troubles. We came to this location to pick up our gift card and the sales woman was amazing! She couldn't find the gift card at first, but she really took the time to look for it, and call customer service to find out if it was sent. Then we realized Urban Barn was still charging us for the delivery fees even though they were refunding us for the table. She called up customer service again and made sure the charges were taken off. She fought for us on the phone and made our case for why we shouldn't be charged anything. Happy to say we got our entire refund back as well as our gift card. It's too bad we weren't able to get our table, but I'm pleased with the customer service. I always find the in store people at Urban Barn to be fantastic.

Had a very bad experience buying a sofa here. Ended up returning it here and buying it at another Urban Barn location.

If you need bird seed or a bird feeder this place might be for you!
They have an excellent selection of bird feeders and bird feeder accessories. They also have all kinds off bird seed and squirrel food! They also have a fine selection of whimsical junk for you “new age” relative that you need to get a gift for! All in all a pretty good store, check it out…

Worst customer service, spent over $4,000 on sofas from here that basically fell apart after 1 month. Their response was to fluff their pillows and vacuum all the feathers that come out of the cushions.

I absolutely love Urban Barn and all their items. Everyone is very friendly however thid particular location is always pretty slow at check out and not busy at all. PethapP need a system upgrade.
