The Urban Barn London Hyde Park is the store that you should do all the shopping for home. When we moved to Camlachie from Georgetown we did all the essential shopping in this store. They have everything for us. We bought the entire bedroom furniture there. We had so many compliments for our bedroom. And recently we just bought Maxwell Bench. We love all of our purchases. But I should mention the entire friendly staff especially manager Brittany Ayers for her kindnesses and help with everything you ask for. Excellent manager and beautiful store. Thanks for professional service provide for us every time we visit the store…happy customers Ella&Jozek

Eric, the manager, is just an expert at customer service. I recently had a mix up in an order and he corrected it instantly.

We recently purchased a new bedroom set and were really happy with the whole experience. The sales lady (I forget her name) processed the order for us. She was accurate in terms of the shipping timeline. AMJ delivered without any hiccups. Not sure if they run on commission, but the lady who processed our sale was not the lady who spent time with us initially. The initial lady was off that day. I’m impressed with the integrity of the sales lady as she would make note that the initial lady would get the sale.

We came in looking for 2 nightstands! We purchased 2 Houston’s and 1 Argyle console table! Darlene, the sales associate was awesome! She was informative, helpful and very pleasant! We hope our furniture comes quickly!

Best customer service experience I have ever had till date. Warm, accurate, nice, friendly and welcoming. Those guys are nothing but awesome! Product were unmatched, staffs were superb!

Bright, friendly and diverse. The store is large enough to house a few different sections, like the bedroom, living and dining. Interestingly, they also have a small section for artwork and it is more affordable than expected.

Price range varies quite a bit.

Employees are friendly and willing to assist.

I like their designs. I purchased a dual power reclining sofa about two years ago, and it started pilling within six months. A store employee said this was normal. This was $2,500 plus HST. How is that normal. Probably not returning.

I was in the Hyde park location and I wanted to exchange what I had bought previously for so
something else and I had my bags in my hand and looked around for about 10
minutes and did not have one staff member in the store if they could help me. There was about 4 people working. So I just returned my products and purshased from elsewhere. Not very good customer service. From one disappointed customer. Will be a while before I come back.

Love this tree collar so much! I had my heart set on the natural colour and the only one left in store was on display under their 10ft tree. The staff kindly removed it after hours and I was able to pick it up the next morning. Great customer service, thank you!

Many bins and shelves, smells so good! I spent time here getting all sorts of baking supplies for Christmas cookies. I always come home with oodles of ideas.

Have nice house decor and furniture but I was very disappointed that I had to pay 15% restocking fee on returned furniture. Who does that!? !? ! Makes me nervous about buying any other furniture there again.

Very disappointed in the attitude and lack of service at this store.

My wife and I came in to buy bedding yesterday afternoon, and as i was only 1 foot inside the door, a vary discurteous girl at the cashier desk in a very snotty way yelled for us to put on the supplied hand sanitizer. While i would have anyway it left us feeling spotlighted in the store in a negative way.

Then, even though the store was not busy and had more employees working than there were customers in the store, the same rather uppity employee walked past us twice and not once said hello, or asked if we needed help (which we did, however after the discurteous treatment we felt we had just received, we figured she would not want to stoop down to our low level to help us).

We ended up finding the bedding we wanted on our own but because of this negative treatment, we elected to go home without it, and purchase it from the Urban Barn website.

Night and day service and customer friendly atmosphere between the store in Hyde Park and the Store on Wonderland Rd.

I won't go to this location anymore as the employees are far too important to help the people that drive their revenue stream.

While i didn't get her name, she did have long dark hair and wore ridiculous pants.

Very impressed with their virtual consultations and how quickly I was able to get my items processed. Thank you so much Eric for the wonderful service! Very excited about my new pieces!

I needed to make a purchase while the store was closed. Madalina at the Hyde Park store was most helpful! She was very patient and she took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. Madalina was very knowledgeable about the products. A big shout out to MADALINA! Thanks a million!

Well the store was great and the Sales girl was friendly. Just disappointed in the quality of the item there was a defect in the material so now I had to waste my time and drive another 25 min back to exchange it. I guess now i need to open the bedding up and inspect it first before I leave the store to make sure.

Helpful and friendly staff. I felt very safe with their Covid-19 protocols that they have in place. Love that they require masks!

Went to the store three times to sit on a sofa. Each time I was greeted by friendly staff. I was never rushed or pressured. On the third trip I bought a nice oversized sofa. I don’t get it until November, but I am very pumped to sit.

I love Urban Barn. Both London locations have friendly staff and can assist with anything. I was looking for a specific set of candle holders that were sold out online. I really wanted this one set and the employee knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to help me find the last instock set. She was friendly and very kind. I often visit the South London store for accessories for my home and am always complimented on how they look in my home. I find their products reasonably priced and they always have great sales.

I wasn’t approached for quite some time asking if I would like assistance. I inquired about the warranty on recliner chairs. The Urban Barn staff were having difficulty finding out this information. I was told by the staff member assisting me said he would email to me when found it but I have not received as of yet.

I like Urban Barn products a lot. But the staffs there are not very friendly. The lady with a black hair in the cashier never smiled, it seems that she doesn't want to work there. She doesn't make me feel welcomed at all.
