Urban Barn London Wonderland

I was looking for a specific item in the store, and your sales clerk, Emma, was so wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable. Because of the suggestions she made it made my purchase that much easier.

Half our furniture is from Urban Barn. Great collection. Wait for their sale if you want to save a bundle. We bought our white sofas from here. They come with a 5 year spill warranty of sorts. They won’t clean some specific stains but coffee/drink stains are good enough to warrant a visit from the cleaners.

Customer service is very important to me. I love what I bought, the store is beautiful, and our sales associate (Emma) was a ray of sunshine throughout it all. So helpful, cheerful and friendly!

Delivery is a joke.
Paid for delivery, however they neglected to inform me they only deliver Tue + Thurs 9-4. How convenient.
Had to drive to London to pick item, exactly how I wanted to spend my Saturday.
Sales staff were pleasant enough, no complaints about the product. Just not worth it if you're out of town.

I have bought products from this store in another location (Barrie). The staff in Barrie was very inviting. The London store however, had 3 staff members behind the counter talking about their weekend adventures and did not acknowledge myself or my friend. Very poor customer service. There are so many similar stores in London that I don't believe I will ever visit this store again.

I wanted to look for a mood light for a night table, something that wasn’t too bright - something to provide a warm glow in a dark corner. I found what I was looking for and a young lass went to check to see if they had any in stock. I leisurely toured the store and ran into the longtime manager - a lovely woman. I was sitting in an accent chair that I love & she told me she had one in her home - it is the most luxurious & insanely comfortable chair that I have ever encountered (Mondo) she explained that the covers are removable and machine washable. The sofas are on sale and I am seriously considering buying 2 for my new addition I’m having done! Anywhew as I looked over at the checkout, there was the young lass, standing next to a box on the counter and she was beaming. They had my light in stock and I could take it home with me. She managed my expectations and then she exceeded them! Bravo! I love the Look neon Wonderland store!

I placed an order and it was charged to my credit card however I received no confirmation of my order from urban barn.

The staff was friendly but once your purchase you are on your own

Told our Dining set was in Mississauga - it was in BC (specifically ordered based on that info)

Email received saying it would be in London and that was incorrect (email glitch?)

Delivery setup once it was received in London for real (cancelled without notice)

Onto the couch - emailed for date end of Dec and was told looking into it
Jan 10 emailed back as no response

Called after days of no answers and was told it was sitting in the warehouse for over a week
That was Wed and still nothing

The process to get the furniture to the London delivery company and then to you is flawed

If it's one thing off its understandable
But everything - there are some serious operational issues with this company

Manager & Assistant Managers just keep saying we will get back to you

Table is two weeks old

I usually love shopping in this store but my last experience was not good. The two Emily's were not very kind to my husband and I. We will be not be shopping here again any time soon.

Great experience, Christine was very helpful with some suggestions and was able to answer my questions.

Staff is super friendly and helpful here. The furniture is durable and cute. The couches have life time warranty for certain aspects like frame, structure, and filling. They offer diamond kote warranty for upholstery also. The caveat is some of their furniture is imported and those pieces may be poorer in quality, so be sure to keep an eye out for Canadian or locally made. They off white glove delivery service for an additional fee.

Good place to go for all the dry fruits and grains one needs. Just wonder how long stuff stays in those barrels before they are changed. There are no expiry dates.

Sales staff at this location are friendly and very helpful. We were extremely happy with the service that we received, however, we bought a bed, sofa and chair one week ago and discovered today that the bed is still sitting in Vancouver and will not be shipped out until next week. I don't understand why it would still be sitting at warehouse or store since it was purchased and paid for one week ago. Apparently it'll take one more week to get to Mississauga and then another week to get from Mississauga to London. I have to wonder if Urban Barn is using pony express. It appears that I may not have the bed in time for Christmas in which I hoped to have because of extended family visits. Its unfortunate that the delivery of Urban Barn furniture isn't as efficient as the staff in the store.

Beautifully layout and was especially nice over the holidays. Perfect place to modernize your home with a contemporary feel. P. S.the lady's working were amazing with friendly smiles. Will shop there again.

I would recommend any other furniture store in the city. Save your money and save yourself the headache.
I went into store looking for a couch for my new house.
The couch I was interested in was being sold "AS IS".
Problem is, the couch was placed in a area of the store where you could not try the furniture and sit on it. I asked customer service if could have a better look or why it was being sold "AS IS" and they a gave me cold, short answer: it is the last model available. I loved the couch so much I went ahead and purchased it.
When it arrived at my new house, I sat on it only to hear terrible, loud metallic bars creaking and breaking underneath me.
Turns out they sold me a couch with a complete broken frame AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND.
I would recommend any other furniture store in the city. Save yourself the headache. This place steals from people.

Love this store! I frequent it often, and much of my home has products from Urban barn. Staff are super friendly and helpful.one even calls me by name when I go in.

Just stopped in to pick up a few Christmas decorations. As always Staff were helpful, courteous and genuine.

I like really like the furniture, but dealing with them has not been a positive experience. I order a chair, was told it would be 2-3 weeks, it ended up being over 6 weeks. Tried to order a dresser, was told it would be over 2 months. I asked for a discount if it would take that long, no discount. Asked to buy the floor model, unable to buy the floor model. Went to Austin & Taylor, found just as nice furniture, much better customer service

Great selection, staff was there but didn't hard sell us, which was really nice. We found a great deal and left the store super satisfied with exactly what we wanted. Will go back again for sure.

Made an online purchase when it was 50% off accents. I normally like Urban Barn but the quality of the items I purchased is poor. The items looked way better online and now I cannot return them because it was final sale. Plus; half the items for sale were not available

The sales person was very pleasant and helpful. Love the store and absolutely love the wall clock. Saw something similar in Toronto for $469.00 which I got from Urban Barn at about half the price. Couldn't be more pleased. Will certainly be a repeat customer!

Great store, very well laid out. Items are beautifully displayed. Variety of items large and small is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are a little steep and free delivery in a 5 mile radius (suggestion) would make a difference too. I hope more people find this store - it seems to be a bit of a secret!

By far the most interesting home store in London. Service is always on point! They know when to let you browse and when to offer assistance!
