The lady I think she was manager kind of rude behaviour she was helping me once she scanned my Items I ask her I want to use gift card she left me right there and start helping other customer, and ask another associate which I believe new to help me and she didn’t know how to use gift card and when she ask her she said I’m busy with customer you should call the help but she still couldn’t do it I’ve to wait all that time and the vase I bought she brought me from inside it is discolouration I have to take it back I hope they will change it thanks

I phoned my local Urban Barn store and requested a hold on a certain item, I had seen on line. Next day, I picked it and and it's gorgeous. Great service and highly recommend

Most recently I purchased a mid-sized cord basket and the Erika rectangular mirror.extremely happy with both - love the just-right contemporary styling in all their products. The staff at the Oak Park location is outstanding, always helpful and friendly.

Service was good. She was willing to help. My rating is based on a policy. I bought an accent table in March that still hasn't arrived or been delivered. That same piece is on sale now. They would not give me the sale price even though i don't have it yet. So even though its on sale the policy is that i have to pay more for it even though i dont have it yet

This is an amazing store! The staff are so friendly and all go above and beyond so I can write this praise for all that work there. Kayla and others have been so helpful. Yesterday, Sanda provided exception service and expertise in helping me select a new sectional and was extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping me make my decision. Thank you to all the staff! This is the 2nd time we bought furnitures there. The staffs are nice and helpful when we placed the order but the attitude changed when I called to check the delivery time. She sounds so impatient.

Urban Barn Oakpark is my favourite home furnishings store for many reasons, but particularly because of the staff and customer service lead by their manager Kate. Her team is so attentive in handling details related to orders, deliveries and the customer shopping experience which by far is the absolute best. Kate herself has also gone out of her way to find items to ensure that when customers have an item in mind they will get it as quickly as possible. And when you buy a bigger item, or have many bags the staff will offer to take them to your car. Can you imagine! Urban Barn Oak Park is a 5 star rating in my book, thanks to wonderful management, customer support and many happy experiences. Look no further!

I went to this location to see a dinning table I was interested in and gosh I am glad I did. The male sales associate was helping us (I am sorry - completely forgot his name) and provided the best advices. He actually advised to buy another table and he was right - it is gorgeous! He addressed all our questions and went above and beyond to help us making a right choice.

Terrible service! Staff is just not interested in helping customers. Specially Kate the “manager” is just rude. Never coming back.

Our sales experience has been great, and the credit goes to the Oak Park’s manager, Kate. With her “customer first” mentality, Kate is extremely helpful and is always available to provide excellent professional advice that aids our creative process tremendously. Recently, we redecorated a few of our rooms. There were some items unavailable at this location. Kate went out of her way and made calls to 6-7 stores in an effort to arrange the desired items.
