Staff was very helpful and provided support for packing up the furniture and helping me put it in the car. Really appreciated all their help.

The staff at Urban Barn are awesome! The only thing that was hiccup was receiving an emailed message saying my furniture was ready for pickup and it wasn’t. The store was accurate in saying when it would be in; head office needs to line up their communication with that of the store.

The prices are a little high considering how much it cost to manufacture some of these things for example $30 for four ceramic coasters that were made in China where the cost to produce is pennies. But that seems to be a theme nowadays, overpriced Chinese made goods. I mean otherwise the place is very nice and the staff is very kind and helpful.

I went into the Oshawa store wanting to purchase some accessories to complete my living room, I started to chat with one of the store employee (who turned out to be the store Manager) she took the time and help me complete the look I was going for. She made arrangements to have my stuff delivered to her location for pick up. My experience with Urban barn has beat all my expectations and I will be returning.

Not impressed at all. Although pricey, Urban Barn products are sleek and trendy.

Bought furniture worth over $5k. Was told while purchasing that I could later go back with the Designer’s Discount Code even after the delivery was done and I’d get the refund according to the discount offered on that Code. To my utter dismay (when I went back with the code), I was advised I’d be able to apply for the designer’s discount on my future purchases because the delivery of this purchase had already been made and it’s been over 14 days after delivery! I should’ve been advised of this guideline before the purchase. I would’ve waited for the Designer’s Discount Code before completing my purchase. Reality is that purchase was the biggest chunk of my furniture budget. I don’t foresee another big -ticket purchase like this where I could save over $800. Feeling misled.

Store is clean and well organized. Sales people are very knowledgeable and not pushy (which is wonderful) as I was shopping with a friend who loved to browse and take their time. Purchasing was a delight and my friend ordered an item which was to be delivered.
Delivery was set up with an alternative company that Urban Barn uses and they were communicative, on time, very polite while setting up the item. Left everything as clean as when they arrived. My friend is very happy with her purchase and the handling of delivery and set up which left a big smile on my friends face.

We live about 2 hours away from this location (it is the closest one to us) so we can't go in to purchase/order things easily. Pat helped us immensely over the phone with selecting the right product, the actual purchase and scheduling a pick up. I had to phone back a few times and she never lost her patience and was always so kind. Will definitely go back as long as she is there.

Excellent service - staff were very pleasant and helpful - would recommend this store very much. Our carpet arrived on time and was exactly as we expected.

I found this store to be vastly overpriced and understaffed. The furniture and accessories looked good but the quality didn't meet the price point. Products are similar to Pier 1, or Bombay or strutube but more expensive. Sales person we spoke with was lovely but I can't justify the prices to buy anything here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was happy with my purchases however I waited over half an hour to check out. There were only 6 customers ahead of me and two cashiers.
