It took a while for a sales person to actually approach me but one of the younger ones did and she was fantastic. Very patient and helpful. I ordered my sofa with her.

I had an excellent shopping experience at the store. The associates were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed, offering valuable suggestions and answering all my questions. Their friendly demeanor and product knowledge made the whole process enjoyable. I truly appreciate their dedication to providing great service, and I'll definitely be returning for my future shopping needs.

I’m giving it one star, because we had a lovely time with the staff at Urban Barn amidst a big move, in which we bought many pieces and spent tons of money towards the company. Now it has been a few months, two dresser exchanges due to damage, and the worst part is it takes forever to get through to anyone in client care. There is no phone number to call.

You would think after second issue with same item, they would work a bit faster to resolve the issue. I have had TWO damaged dressers taking up space in my bedroom, tons of energy and garbage with unpacking both, wasted energy getting the HEAVY item up and down the stairs.

I have sent countless inquiries and I hear back sporadically, not sure it is worth the hassle to buy with Urban Barn again.

Please send refund and revoke my gift card. I will contact Honey as well. This is robbery, and I didn't go through with the purchase for the item at the furniture store. I never received the gift card, and I only purchased it because I wanted the furniture but it did not meet our needs anymore and we had that cancelled. Please refund this entire amount, not cool to treat customers this way.

I had great customer service experiences before but this one was another level. I am so happy with both sofas we purchased on Summer. One Liberty sectional for our basement and one for our formal living room. I love the quality, fabric, and their delivery system. Highly recommend this Urbarn Barn and working with Vicki. She is very professional and helpful. You are amazing Vicki! Thank you!

Disgusted by the damage caused during delivery and being forced to sign a waiver to absolve themselves of any liability, reached out to “customer service” and they are demanding more money to rectify the situation? !

The customer service that Vicky provides is the reason why i keep returning to this location. I could very easily order on line, but she is such a pleasure to work with that I would rather call her or visit the store. Her personalized approach to customer service is exemplary and I wish the retail world had other customer service representatives like Vicky!

I am pleased to say that Rosa from Urban Barn - Richmond Hill went above and beyond with customer service. During Covid I booked a virtual tour as I have been renovating and needed assistance with furniture. Rosa has meticulous taste and made suggestions that I never even thought of - for example their very comfortable side chairs.

She also sent me an email with pictures outlining different ways to use their decorative pillows and throws.

I purchased a large gorgeous mirror for my front hall that she helped me place. To say I was very impressed is an understatement. Once I receive my chairs - I will update and post a picture. Rosa you are a beautiful young lady inside and out and I am grateful for your assistance and style. My family loves it all. You made virtual shopping during Covid a very positive experience. Thank you again. I definitely recommend shopping at Urban Barn and asking for Rosa. She is incredible.

Customer service was good - BUT I came in to the store - from quite a distance as I ordered a lamp in store that needed to come in from BC. The email i received said to COME IN as it has ARRIVED. Went to the store - and no lamp.

Impossible to get ahold of via the phone. Promised to call me back with information about my delayed order TWICE this week and obviously didn't. Guess once UB gets your money, they don't really care anymore.

They discriminated against me and didn’t allow me into their store because I cannot wear a mask.

The store is good however, nobody watches the customers and many removed their masks in the store. The experience was a little uncomfortable.

Very helpful staff who greeted us at the door. They informed us to use masks while shopping and pumped hand sanitizer. We visited over the weekday and it wasn't busy. A very comfortable shopping experience.

Asked if they could locate an item at a different location. I was told they called and placed it on hold. I drove all the way from Richmond Hill to Whitby to be told the item was not on hold and was never in stock at that location. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Complete waste of my time and gas.

The staff at the Urban Barn Richmond Hill store is amazing. Especially Diana, who takes personal interest in understanding your needs and then using her experience to provide expert guidance. Friendly and approachable, she listens to your ideas and thoughts and comes up with suggestions to enhance the look we are trying to achieve. Clearly an expert in interior design! I enjoy shopping at the Richmond Hill location and highly recommend the store.

Approximately five years ago I furnished my entire home with Urban Barn. I bought a bed, a kitchen table with matching chairs, a bench and a separate matching piece. At the same time I purchased a five person sectional sofa, a custom made ottoman to match and the large nest. We got a mirrored set of night stands and another set of night stands, large hanging mirrors and other nicnacs over the years with Urban Barn. It was always my “go to” furniture store. I have had issues with the cushions on the custom sectional sofa right from the getgo. The customer service has been horrible. Furniture should be made to last, to live on and to enjoy. It all looks amazing in the showroom, but from experience.it doesn’t last. I remember them telling me this couch was going to last a very, very long time from the quality they “said” they use.

I do not recommend spending your hard earned money on their custom furniture. It’s really too bad that I had to rate this company with one star. I’ve been trying to deal with customer service and their final response to me was to spend more money and implied it was wear and tear. They didn’t even send out a professional to see the couch. No chance will I ever Shop there again. It’s really too bad.

Urban barn by far has great modern furniture with exquisite designs and materials.

They also have impressive service with great sales representatives, that go out of there way to help!

During delivery, the delivery company as well was very professional!
