High quality …. Gorgeous, high quality furniture for the kitchen, the living room, the hall, the office and to relax on a very comfortable chair & foot stool in my reading room and of course, beautiful accessories, like vases, paintings, flowers…etc. Love, love Urban Barn! Amazing experience at Urban Barn. Service was impeccable and found exactly what I was looking for. It showed available so expected to receive my new beautiful chairs in 2 to 3 weeks. Not at all! Next day received a call from the delivery company. Purchased chairs Monday night and Wednesday before 10 am new chairs were delivered! Flawless! Love love my chairs as well. Quality is evident!

My personal experience was delightful. When I spotted something I liked, Susan made sure each item was just right. We had a good laugh over this very particular customer (me). This happened to be a small purchase yet it was fun and we left with a great feeling and 4 perfect individual tea mugs. Kudos to Susan.

Wish I could give a zero star! Horrible experience and horrible, despicable staff. They are prejudice. Do not shop at this store and condone their behavior. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

My husband and I definitely didn't feel welcome when going into this location. When we walked in yesterday evening, there were two employees and NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the entire store. We did a complete walk-through and they did not acknowledge us even once. Great furniture but we can take our money to another place with better customer service. As another customer reviewed, please invest in diversity and customer service training.

Staff left me to shop on my own until I had some questions. Then they were extremely helpful; even gave me a fact print out with estimated delivery date.

Rude staff! Instead of asking if we needed help, the sales person and manager both ganged up to tell us to have our two year old wear his mask or leave the store. Went to two other furniture stores within the area, greeted nicely and not once did they ask us to have our child cover his face with a mask.

Excellent sales experience! I ordered a custom Chair and Lynn was fantastic to deal with. She was great with helping me determine the size of chair I needed and provided fabric samples that I could bring home to ensure a great fit! Thanks Lynn!

Jo helped me find everything I needed. She went the extra mile and found items that were in stock at other stores and arranged pick up for me at those stores. Good quality items and great staff.

We we very happy with our experience at the store and with the way we were treated by staff. It was especially gratifying to see how seriously the store and all employees take the pandemic. However, since we submitted an order and paid for it, we have been inundated with promotional e-mails from the company. We did not expect this and plan to unsubscribe. If this had not occurred, I would have rated our experience a 5 star.

Cant speak to the furniture as I just ordered it recently, but the customer (Melanie) was excellent and super helpful!

I rarely write reviews but I have been SO impressed by the continuously stellar customer service I have received from the Thickson Ridge location that I simply had to share. I have been working with Jo both on the phone and via email to process many furniture pieces and decor items and she has been extremely helpful, patient, and resourceful each and every time. She contacted me to let me know when items on my “wish list” had gone on sale and she even checked inventory and helped me purchase items at another location! Talk about going above and beyond.

I placed an online order and have not yet received my email to advise me I can pick it up. I sent an email urban barn and received an automatic response saying they would get back to me. I have yet to hear anything and my credit card has been charged.no impressed

Having never been into Urban Barn, I had no idea what to expect. On top of being a beautiful store, the ladies there made the entire experience incredibly fun that I went back the next day! They were kind, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. Even through the masks you could see that they were having an awesome time serving customers (we looked around at the other customers that were in the store when we were and they were having a blast too.) So yes, I will be returning. =)

I had my second very amazing decorating experience recently at Urban Barn. The store was spotless. I was greeted by two very friendly staff. Lynne Hillhouse helped me out once again with transforming one of my rooms. Lynne listened and waited patiently for me to describe and show her the decorating space. She understood my budget. Lynne was not pushy, she was helpful, creative and showed me many options. I would also like to add she did the same in October which is why I came back again to Urban Barn. Wonderful customer service. Well taken care of and my spaces look amazing! Thank you!

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received from this location. I do not remember her name however she was associate 5057 and she was terrific! Very patient, helpful, down to earth.

Excellent sales person we dealt with when we purchased our TV stand. She was ver helpful and friendly.

Walked in and staff didn't even look up to say hi. Looked around the store for a little bit for an office chair and was never even asked if I needed assistance. 4 staff instore assume one was managment and nothing? Was ready to make a purchase but staff was too busy talking amongst themselves at the cash desk so I walked out. Wont be back.

It was my first visit to Urban Barn. I was greeted in a friendly fashion upon arrival. I was given lots of private time to explore. The store is nicely appointed with lots of decorating ideas for all rooms. When I was ready for help and advice the sales associate was very forthcoming. It was a positive experience and I will like return to Urban Barn in the future.

The best customer service experience I have had in a house decor retail store in some time. I was overly impressed with the laid back, yet attentive and helpful assistance. They allow you to shop without hovering or becoming intrusive, yet they are just a slight distance away to answer any questions or provide more detail. Love the new layout in South Whitby. We had to return the swatches we rented, and our second visit was just as pleasant as our first. I was pleased to find that the furniture is Canadian made and backed by an amazing warranty. Good job Urban Barn, you got this right!
