From the time I walked into the store, it smelled clean. The store is well laid out and orderly.
Jonel who was the staff working was extremely helpful answering all the questions I had about some of the items. She is friendly, greeting me when I came into the store, and knowledgable about the items being sold.
I recommend this store if you are looking for a deal on some great clothing.

The team today was very helpful and attentive to all my need throughout the whole process. Will definitely come back. Will definitely recommend everyone to visit this location. Thank you Tiffany, Shaniqua, Trystan and Jonel.

Horrible customer service. Called in to see if the had my size. Said no, then went to the store to find my size.and staff had no patience and was overall rude

Poor customer service. Cashier lady was racist and very slow. She was very rude with customers and her coworkers. Please do better with your customer service

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I’m in such disbelief that my mom and I was accused of shoplifting! The cashier was under the impression that we switched the price tags. We paid for the items and she made us wait for over 10 minutes to “verify that price tag wasn’t swapped” like are you kidding me? It was nothing but pure DISCRIMINATION. We felt so disrespected. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. Management needs to reassure all their employees receive proper training before putting them on the sales floor. The cashier should be FIRED.

I went today and the customer service was awful. Nobody around to help even though there’s 2 girls working at the SAME register. The change rooms weren’t even managed or maintained and 2 young girls working at the register had no clue about the sale and tried telling me my items weren’t apart of the deal and laughed at me although it was. The workers were not helpful whatsoever.

Rudeness is part of their service absolutely horrendous sales. The philipino woman needs to be fired

Staff member was very rude i just ask for the sale price and she replied in very bad/ rude way. They deserve a zero star. No customer service at all.

A person who is a male he's very friendly and he tell me all the deal in the store he's is very good and he give me amazing service he's too good for the store I always come to the store coz of his customers service and great deals

Had sales.
I find the staff at this location is always grumpy. I'm standing in line and one of the workers just brushed past me almost knocking my phone off my hands. Like we were in her way.

The asian worker/manager was so rude. She was yelling at me and saying uffffft as I bought lots of stuff. She did not help me looking for what I needed as well. She was busy gossiping with the other girl. OMG. I am spending my money to get insulted.

This store manager is so rude ask u lot’s of questions when u buy something and if I ask her about anything she don’t answer u properly very rude lady

The Asian cashier lady is straight up disrespectful, and I don't understand why she still works there! Not only has she been rude to me, but she's been rude to other customers. If this store wants to go somewhere I suggest they fix up their staff. Oh and another thing their clothes is specifically made for skinny girls and girls under 5'7, like include all girls. There needs to be some serious change to this store.

I had very good experience shopping in this location employees are friendly and ready to assist you all the time. I will highly recommend.

First of all i hate throwing negative ratings as it affects the business. However this needs some attention. I've been shopping from this place for over an year now and spend a lot too, but the customer service is just terrible. When i switched my contact i texted for the discount and told the asian lady about the code but she insists to look into my phone (like really, u think I'm lying or just making up things) and after showing my phone to her she's like oh but the text is from friday and i didn't said anything. Then she's like oh sorry today is friday and that fake smile. I said nothing and just walked away. I felt bad cause me and girl shop around a lot from this store but i guess not anymore. This is just one of the incident. This place is actually hell for brown people. I bet if it was some white or black people they wouldn't ve said anything.

Incredible prices on everything, i bought a Jean jacket for $15 on sale and it's amazing, my best clothing store ever

I visit the store many times. Great price and my daughter likes the clothing but there is one particular casher. She is very very rude.

I gave this location a 3 because the cashier was a little rude. This location is nice, but the cashier that I got was not.

This store has a decent selection of clothes that fit smaller guys like me. I was able to find pants I needed in just a couple minutes.

However what really disappointed me here was the staff. Shout out to the overweight Indian-looking lady that was gossiping with another co-worker about a guy that was 'wearing the same shirt every day'. I'm so sad that a piece of gossip, that isn't even that interesting, would take place over a transaction with a customer. She refused to acknowledge my presence, and yelled for the next customer without looking at me and thanking me for the purchase. This really left a sour taste in my mouth, and I hesitate to visit this store ever again.

All your perfect find for low. Make sure to check your recipt, they tend rip you off and not give you discounts due to sales sign still up past the sale day.

I go to this store more often than I care to admit. But this place has great prices and always have sales on. The clothing quality isnt out of this world but its comfortable and lasts fairly long, especially for such a low price! It's a great store for back to school shopping or building up a wardrobe.

My favourite store to shop in the mall. The staff are friendly and great customer service. Great Deals and well organized store. Large variety of styles to choose from both ladies and mens.
