Urban Cova / Yo! Tea

The service is very slow. I was the only customer here and only ordered a couple of waffle dogs and a bubble waffle and I waited 30 min or so just to get my order.

I tried their Imperial Fruit Tea and it was the best fruit tea I’ve ever had! The cups are also very cute, reusable, and come with forks to eat the fruit with. Very fast service.

Got a coffee and a waffle dog. It was good. A little pricey but nice atmosphere. Open mall entrance lots of people there. Thanks.

We were just crossing the urbancova and a guy named Waynee just just told us to try a mango shake when we were drinking a real food bubble tea, Mango shake and you guys don’t believe it when I drink it i was in heaven. There were some bubbles inside a drink very very tasty. I think this drink not a drink its a vibeeeeee please try the Mango Shake thank you wayneee

I tried the Bobo Milk Tea today it was actually really good! I get 50% sugar and I really appreciated that they did indeed lower the sugar (unlike other places I’ve been to) and drink was awesome!? Looking forward to trying different drinks next time

This is the second time I came to this store but I think it will be the last I come here to buy the drink. I know the store is just opened, everything is not in the shape yet, but could you please at least read the order carefully before handling it to the customer? I have been there 2 times, my drinks always did not have the toppings that I ordered. Costed extra 1.50-2.00 dollars for nothing.

Very welcoming and nice staff members. Got the love blossom. Taste it good packaging is so nice. However on the pricy end for a bubble tea spot.

WOW! And more WOW! Tried it today and am very impressed. I love that I can choose the amount of sweetener to my drink. Very refreshing. I must say, as much as I love bubble tea, this will be my go-to drink/treat from here on.

Drinks are fantastic however I have ordered through Ubereats a couple of times and it has taken almost an hour just to get my drinks delivered (I don't live far from this location). The first time, I thought they were adjusting as they just opened, but the second time it took just as long. After a few weeks I decided to give them a 3rd try, same thing (my mistake and this time took over an hr). I have seen at least 3-4 different Ubereats drivers wait for my orders only for them to leave and search for another driver. I have never seen any bubble tea shop take this long just to fulfil any drink orders. I placed an order for 2 drinks at 4: 55pm and it arrived at 6: 21pm.

This is highly disappointing as I do love the drinks from here, however the amount of inconvenience it has given me ultimately made me decide to never order from here again, at least on any delivery apps.

Got the happy duo and black magic in size large. Overall flavor on the tea and toppings were good but at $9 after tax each not good enough to warrant the price. Worth a try but that's enough for me.

They're a new store for SquareOne so I guess the staff are being more proactive about helping people choose what to get - - I like to read the menu myself so I found having the extra unwanted commentary to be overbearing.

Drinks were great, staff was friendly. Will return to check out the rest of the menu including the eats!

There were sliced fruits such as mango, watermelon, honeydew and lime. The taste of the tea was infused with these fresh fruits.

Lovely design comes with a long fork and straw. It was freshly brewed, very delicious, loved it!

Corndog was amazingly done as coated in waffle butter. I selected ketchup, mayonnaise and Mustard. It was very delicious. Staff were friendly, professional. The place was extremely clean and neat. ️️️

Very warm and friendly staff! Tried their Why Not Both.really good! It is like a mix of coffee and milk tea. The right amount of everything jus made it very rich and tasty Not expensive either

Very clean storefront. Welcoming staff. All the drinks we tried were great. Would have to come back to try the food menu.

Happy Friday! I am very impressed with the branding of Urban Cova which pop out with the bright colours and to differentiate themselves from the other brands.

There’s a great variety of drinks to choose from depending on your taste and preference.

I found that Mango Tango was the ideal beverage to sate my cravings. The sweet coconut cream and sago are balanced off by the mildly acidic flavour that the mango puree adds.

The fish ball series goes well with any of their drinks.

I can't wait to visit again for their delicious snacks and drinks!
