Absolutely fantastic customer service this evening. The young lady was terrific on the computer creating my design in just a few short minutes. I couldn’t avast for a better customer service.

I only had 10 minutes left before the mall shut down and the store was about to close up but the store attendant kindly helped me out and still let me get a custom print shirt in under 10 minutes. Really appreciated it and I hope she’s doing well rn!

The team customized our hoodies perfectly. They were friendly, and professional. Recommend this place for anybody who needs customized tshirts or hoodies done fast.

Shout out to Urban Customz for getting our shirts made in a flash! Heading to the Post Malone concert tonight and we had these shirts made in a pinch. Shion was awesome, went through all our options with us and helped us settle on the right image size, went out of the way to size things up and give us previews of different options before printing. Excellent customer service and great quality images on great quality shirts. Love the vibe of this store, staff is helpful, can’t wait to come back and get more swag! Highly recommend the wax on the image, makes it 100 times better.

Listen to me; they offer dope graphics (especially the anime ones!), you can email a graphic to them OR you could literally Google an image while in store and within 30 mins have a completely custom made tshirt. The customer service was incredible. They made the process so simple - why would I go anywhere else. I'll be coming back!

Always wanted to get stuff done here since they opened but never really knew what I wanted. Came in finally to check it out today and I must say, IMPECCABLE SERVICE. I was assisted by Hannah & Shion. They were pretty amazing & really nice. The cost for customs is quite good too, given the quality of the work done. 100% would recommend.
