I always enjoy my experience going to Urban Dental! Nikki has been my hygienist for a number of years now and she really shows genuine care at every appointment. The receptionists are always super friendly and wonderful as well:) Thank you for the amazing service over the years!

Dr. Rao is extremely thorough and informative. He explains each step clearly, so there are no surprises. He's also very calming and trustworthy. Everyone in the office, including Joru, Valerie, Diana, and Diane, is courteous, friendly, and professional. They took the time to get to know me and my family, which was especially important as a new patient. Liliana is courteous, extremely personable, friendly, helpful, and very caring. They deserve a 5-star rating!

Just finished with a visit at Urban dental and it was such a great experience. This is coming from a person who has a bit of a phobia when entering a dental facility. From the friendly ladies at the front to the amazing hygienist Diana, it was such a pleasant experience. Diana is amazing at what she does and made me feel completely comfortable when I usually have every muscle tensed while in the chair. She truly has the best 'chair-side' manners I have ever gone through at a dentist. Chatting with her throughout the appt, She is such a wonderful person and I can't say enough good things about my experience. While I didn't get to meet the 'regular' dentist (was on vacation), the dentist that was covering was equally as nice and answered all my questions. Thanks Diana and Urban dental for making what I thought was going to be stressful afternoon into the such a positive experience and one that will keep me coming back to you guys.

Good service but they surprised me twice with the bill amount after the service was done. If they can provide a clear quote before the service considering insurance then it will help patients to plan better. I had an insurance but did not know how much i will end up paying. I did get an approximate quote ended up paying close to $225 out of packet. I might not return to this clinic next time!

My husband and I needed a new dentist so a friend of ours recommended urbqn dental. We were so happy, the hygienist was through and kind and the dentist was equally thorough. The reception staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating specially Val. Thank you urban dental

I was a loyal patient because of Dr. Sagu who passed away a few years ago. Dr. Sagu and the staff treated me like family and that is why I return. The dental hygienist Niki is amazing and having someone like Valerie who is in accounting and on the front desk is what keeps me coming back. The new dentist is excellent and the restorative hygienist is fantastic too. The best and latest equipment here and the staff are top notch! As a teacher I would rate this office an A+

I went for a tooth extraction and I was so worried cause the tooth was like 70% broken and missing, so pulling it it's not gonna be easy or painless, but Dr. Shevket was very good, it only took a few minutes, I didn't feel anything and now I am recovering easily thank God, I would definitely continue as a patient since this was my first time there.

It was my first visit to Urban Dental. I chose this location because of its proximity to my house and the fact that I can walk to it if I choose to. If you are using a car, the parking is free and plentiful. The front reception desk staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. My cleaning with Niki was thorough and she put me at ease by explaining everything she was doing at every step of the procedure. Dr. Rao was matter-of-fact and was quick to establish a course of action for my dental needs. I appreciate his candor and his professionalism. I will definitely be going back!

I switched from my old dentist because I felt like I was getting ripped off (got charged for 4 units of scaling for 40 minutes of cleaning because they considered preliminary paperwork processing as scaling). Not only is urban dental fair, but they’re service is top notch. Tracey, the hygienist, was very friendly and provided great cleaning service. I typically experience lots of pain because my gums are sensitive and I have some recession, but Tracey did a splendid job; the best cleaning session I had by far. Liliana at the front desk is very welcoming and offered me a free whitening kit at the end of my session. Overall I would highly recommended Urban Dental for anyone looking for 5 star service and priced fairly.

Very good clinic. They follow procedure properly. Very strict about COVID protocols which I loved it. And facilities are well maintained with up to date medical equipments. Maintaining Hygiene on a high level. Looking forward doing rest of my treatments there.

I have been coming here since they opened and even though Dr. Saggu is not with us anymore (RIP) the rest of the original staff and new are awesome.

Would not even think of ever changing.

This is my regular dental clinic, I wouldn't go anywhere else as the service, quality and friendly staff from front desk to Doctors is second to none. They are like family to me having also served my mom. Even after moving away from the Mississauga area I have kept them as my dental and hygienist clinic. Just awesome, high tech facilities inside.

I just had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. G. Shevket. He is an amazing Dr! Very attentive and kind. I was nervous going into the surgery but not only did he reassure me but he was also understanding and patient.

The facility was very professional and cautious with how they handled hygiene. Every room was isolated with barriers and the staff was attentive!

2021 Update: just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Shevket. He did an amazing job, made me feel comfortable and completed a complicated extraction effortlessly. Urban Dental always provides the best service!

My first trip to Urban Dental clinic was to get an second opinion for my 8 year old daughter. I was very pleased with the diagnosis and recommendations. It was a very positive experience. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and super nice. Most important of all they are so quick to act on. Dr. Verma was just amazing and one of the finest dentist I have ever met.
I have decided to consider them as my primary dental service provider and I would highly recommend them to anybody with any hesitations.

Where do I start from haha I am a new patient at urban dental today was my very first visit and I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist she brought me in and took my temperate and followed all the covid protocols with a smile on her face she was very joyful and professional lady than she introduced me to an angel there haha my hygienist Diana I hope I spelled her name right hhaha she is a beautiful soul she is so friendly so welcoming she explains everything in detail she makes u feel comfortable she is a super star of the clinic haha I feel so blessed that I met her haha had amazing conversations with her and she was so very professional and always smiling and doing her level best to make u feel comfortable 10 out of 10 for Diana she did an amazing job with cleaning! After my treatment from her I was Introduce to doctor Anand rao he’s an amazing doctor he was very friendly very welcoming and very professional he took his time to explain me what was going on with my teeth and all he made sure if I had any questions or concerns hr answers them all before I leave he showed what was going on inside my mouth on a big screen tv it was an excellent feature that I came across to that I have never experienced anywhere before! This clinic is very unique everything in this clinic is so advanced in technology and all its a beautiful clinic and it has some beautiful souls working inside excellent customer service and excellent customer satisfaction! Everyone goes above and beyond to make u feel special and heard! I will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone! I will definitely bring my entire family to you guys too now haha wish I found you guys earlier haha but rather late than never haha so yes guys please go visit them trust me once u go there once u will only want to come back to them overall 10 out 10 for the staff and for the clinic it self!

During Covid lockdowns and even in phase 3, urban dental has maintained an absolute clean, professional and safe environment for patients like myself to always feel comfortable coming in for regular appointments. The dental office is very spacious with a lot of social distancing measures in place. The staff is absolutely amazing and that is why I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Ive been going there for over 10 years and always walked out feeling great about my experience. Missing Dr. Sagguu however he left behind a great legacy and wonderful stuff.

Visiting Urban Dental after all these months apart has been such a satisfying experience. The health and safety measures and precautions that were in place exceeded what I had imagined. Had my first appointment there today and I can't adequately express how great the experience was in words! Very welcoming and comforting throughout, very descriptive of everything going on, and having Netflix to watch during my cleaning was a big bonus! Very clean facility as well and they are definitely taking every covid precaution.will definitely recommend:)
