Urban Nature Store

I've been a regular customer at Urban Nature Store in Pickering, and it's truly the ultimate destination for all things related to birding. From bird feeders to bird food and an array of other items, they have it all. Among my purchases are the Squirrel Stopper stand equipped with four hangers, a Squirrel Buster suet feeder, and an additional pair of Squirrel Buster feeders. The staff members have consistently proven to be incredibly helpful, readily addressing any inquiries I might have. Without a doubt, Urban Nature Store is the go-to establishment for anyone passionate about birds.

Great store with an abundance of birding products, but the cashier knew little about the products.

I have been dealing with this store for many years. I am amazed at how diligent they were at getting me a replacement part for my Droll Yankee feeder even though the company was bought out by another company. Said, and still says "Guaranteed for Life”. Understandably took a while but they did it! I’m a happy customer.

I have been coming to Urban Nature Pickering for a few years and always get great friendly service. Although this past week there was an older gentleman behind the counter when I came in who seemed very unwelcoming. I had to say hello for him to say anything back. He then went back to looking down at the computer.

Friendly staff and lots of bird seed to choose from. They also have books, jewellery and stuffed animals. Great store.
