I had a fantastic experience at urban optical. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses.they had a wide selection of frames to choose from ad the optometrist was thorough in the eye exam. The service was fast and I received my glasses within a week. The quality is outstanding I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend urban optical for their professionalism and excellent customer service

Very good service came to get my eye exam and glasses and I am very happy with both the services provided my friend told me about them and I couldn’t be happier only had to pay a small amount out of pocket because they accommodated almost entire price in my coverage.will highly recommend

Had a frame on hold was offered a particular price. When I returned the price offered was different. Explained the situation, owner was contacted and the price I was offered initially was being honored, however only if I would pay tax on prescription glasses. As per several other companies I shopped at tax cannot be charged on prescription glasses as it is a medical device. Very frustrating experience. The whole explaining process was also a headache. However since they were trying to tax me on a medical device I decided not to proceed with them.

Came to get my glasses repaired but was extremely happy with the service provided, and bought myself a new pair of glasses would give them 10 stars if I could found my new go to place for optical needs
