All I can say is the store manager ‘David’ is very arrogant and rude when talking to customers thinking he is the king of the world just because he is a ‘ store manager’ lol

Got called for an interview everything went well but at the end just got ghosted despite me following up just wasted my time looks like I dodged a bullet with this place

Love the sale on sales, Dee, Julie Rose, Kim, are all amazing and the points are really great for discounts

Cool set up, LP I went looking for wasnt in stock, multiple locations same problems. Ended up getting it from edmonton

Went here to look for a jacket for my nephew. Though this chain is clearly not targeted to me I thought it might be a good option for what I was looking for. They didn't have what I wanted, that's fine.

I just don't understand why the store is so dirty and unorganized. Okay I understand that there client base is teens and twenties but even they deserve enough respect to be able to shop in a clean environment.

As for the merchandise, quality is only marginally better than fast fashion shops like H&M. Designs are lackluster materials on the cheap side. Don't expect things to last long.

Does not open at 10AM. Maybe they open at 11AM. No sign on the door, with specifications as to new COVID times.

Ordered an item online for instore pickup, to get home to see it's the same damaged one I saw when browsing in the store a few days prior. Not impressed.

Both the white dude at cash and manager were so slow and rudeee. And the whole store reeks strongly of rotting cabbage but they honestly don’t care

The worst service I’ve ever had. If you ask a sale person to help you look for something, and you have the item number. They will give some attitude, saying I am in busy of something. You can go downstairs and look for it. Obviously I.came from downstairs and didnt see it anywhere. Then I asked. When I went to downstairs, I looked around and ask a person for help. She didn’t want to help me at all and ask me to look around myself…. The worst service ever!

Usually has great stuff, but this one was smaller than the one on Yonge and seemed low on supply. Change rooms were closed so I didn’t end up buying anything.

Everyone knows that UO is primarily a women's brand but this location has an incredibly limited men's collection

For the love of all that is good, please turn off your fluorescent light window display. It is intensely bright, so much so that it keeps people awake a full block away (like myself). With non essential closures, it makes little sense to keep this display on at all times.

Really bad Experience. Barely had anything in there. Staff was very Rude. Didn't have anything that you see on their website. There was maybe 35 items of clothes in the place. Wish I would've driven 25min to get there & spent 15$ in Gas. WONT BE GOING BACK!

I looooooove the variety of products here, compared to other UO stores. The sale section is always filled with great merch and the staff are really nice as well!

A staple spot on Queen Street with Urban Outfitters’ lineup of exclusive and trendy clothing. Great and helpful staff with a great sense of fashion.

I love UO’s selection (not much their customer service tho) but this location is not satisfactory compare to other locations.

I like the niche products they have for birthdays, but its WAY too expensive. OUTLANDISHLY expensive. NEEDLESSLY expensive. And the quality is not there, a step above Forever21 (quality wise).

Beautiful store, nice staff, nice location. Very cold inside but it is refreshing during Summer months.

The store has two floors, is bright and open, okay customer service, lines at changing rooms aren't too long, kinda fast. Some clothes are kinda pricey, but in general they have cute stuff. The bad thing is that they have only one item or just a few for some items, making it difficult to find the proper size

Like all Urban’s, this has a good environment and plays appropriate music. Cashiers are often hurried, which correspond them to not be as kind. Multiple undercover guards constantly walk around the place. That creates a settling mood.

2 floors in store with an array of UO items; inventory changes with seasons like any other clothing store

Bought this hoodie which was actually sold out at every location and only one left at square one. Called them to put it on hold. Even though it was a return from someone it was in great condition.

Head here if you have lots of time to poke around, since there's so much to look at!
Merchandising is done well and frequently uses creative materials. Men's section, cash, and changing rooms are on the ground floor, women's, home, and beauty are upstairs. Dig through the sale rack to find lots of gems, but if you're looking for a real deal then download the app for specials and sales.

To be honest UO, people will still shop at your Yonge st stores. Protect your shareholders investment and shut down this store, offer free shipping and we won’t bother your staff when they make mistakes.

Most horrible experience ever.

Sincere thank you to the cashier who really tried to help she was stressed out at the fact she couldn’t help. Great work environment.
