Nasaa has an amazing customer service. Very sweet and bubbly personality. Nasa Helped me twice on cash line. Has always welcoming and happy face for customers. Really enjoy her service. Amazing Job

A great deal of charming and reasonable dresses and all sort of clothing you can choose from.

Who is in charge of the music here? We had to leave because it was awful and loud. (Review is for music)

I had a great experience at the Vaughan Mills location. The customer service particularly with Janina was outstanding. She went out of her way to assist me in finding the merchandise I needed. Will definitely shop here again for the wonderful customer service.

Terrible music very loud. Makes me wanna leave the store right away. If manager is reading this review please work on music. Also, u wont get any bags here i guess they dont want u to shop here.

I went to Urban Planet today with my friend to shop.

When my friend was in the fitting room, I was waiting outside like everyone else was.

The store rep (brown, glasses, curly hair, June 15,7pm) saw me and asked 'are you here for your daughter? '

First of all, I'm literally 24, how are you going to ask me if I have a daughter old enough to shop here?

I replied 'no I'm here with my friend'. She replied 'ok, you can't wait here, you need to wait behind the desk'.

This desk is far away from the fitting room, I wouldn't be able to see what my friend is trying on.

I replied 'I see everyone else waiting in this area as well'

She says 'no, only moms are allowed to wait here'. There were non-moms there, but she chose to only target me.

I'm not a person to start a scene, so I listen and move. But I'm sure that was a power trip, for no reason.

I've literally never heard of a policy like that. And the rep could have been polite, why show attitude to your paying customers?

Great prices friendly staff that's all I want I would like to add to my review then what I would like to add is they need to have sizes to fit everybody I know the clothes is made in Asia they need to size it properly when they come over here sometimes the extra large or the double x does not fit is made too small they should go up to a 3X limit so that people could buy it their clothes that's the only thing I like to add the stuff that I would have bought but it doesn't fit properly

Went today and the store has many good selections for decent prices but the girl at cash in the orange TNA hoodie who cashed me out was just rude. No greetings and just death stares the whole interaction and just hangs me the bag. As a person also in the customer service field, you can at least acknowledge your customers

Miss Nicole needs to calm down.rude and unprofessional.i asked her a few simple questions like “if they had shopping carts if not where can i leave my stuff”. I don’t know what was so triggering about these questions but she got mad and loud.
When i asked her why she was so agressive and disrespectful she turned to her colleagues and laughed at me. Not a pleasant experience

Um, there are a few words to describe the chaos of this store. The layout the shoppers everything. They don't have one section for certain items like in a normal store. This store forces you to go all over the entire place just to see all of the hoodies for example. The store is just a headache and not worth the effort.

The price of the clothes for the fit and the look and the quality is simply unmatched. I get almost all my basic everyday outfits from here for summer and winter.

The outlet is overloaded with clothes. Very cramped with very little space to move around. Even the collection seemed old—overall disappointing.

We came here to buy more than $1000 of garments, but we had very bad experience, one worker was very rude, and we just decided to leave because of here very bad behaviour, she had black spoted shirt with blue jeans a white woman around 40 years old. Very very rude.

I'd give zero if possible. Store has front entrance open & allowing people to walk through store & into the mall. In doing so allowing to many people into the mall & going against Ontario's health code. Watched at least 20 people do this.employees don't seem to care. I'll be reporting this to health Ontario as well the mall itself!

I placed an order online that needed to be returned. I don't live close to a location, so I had to return through the mail. You have to cover the cost of the return - and the postage cost me almost HALF the price of the item! I decided to donate the clothing instead. I will not be ordering or purchasing from them again!

No cashier was wearing mask/gloves at the counter. Not even sanitizing their station P. S safety at your own concern. The lady at the counter was so rude literally yelled at us just to double check the price of tshirt. After cashout she told you can return or exchange in 14 days and in just 14 mins i want to return the product lady yelled at us again that she can’t do return. She was so rude and blamed and yelled at us that its not my fault that you haven’t listened it that she clearly mentioned that you “cannot” return it lol what kind of policy is this store have that you can’t even return any purchase within same day 15 mins of buying a product.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE. I've been waiting for an online order for over 6 weeks. Each time I contact them they say it's ready to ship but the postal service is back logged. 3 times same not true email. I've contacted Canada Post and there is no delay for local delivery. They even try to give a bogus tracking number 3 times. Each time I try to track and am told there no such delivery ordered. It is even a small delivery 84 follars

The manager name Christina was completely rude and disrespectful towards me, I had applied and I got the job and I came in and she took my information and wasted my time to come in.and fill out papers and took my social number and I had called a couple days later and she kept saying I will be on the next schedule but then she never added and I been waiting a month.this was a waste a of time and she was very rude about it and I will never waste my time again.

This urban planet is really great for selection But it is sometimes quite unorganized. I don’t think it’s a fault of the staff just with the large volume of people come through and dropping clothes all over the place. They sometimes have a DJ playing which can be very loud and frustrating, but I can see the appeal of the atmosphere to the young crowd it’s targeting. Still love to shop there, great value and promotions all the time!

Sizes are not always true to size. The way that most of the t-shirts fit on your shoulders is pretty tight. Otherwise, I love the sweaters and sweatshirts here.

I was treated very poorly in this shop.paid $337 for a few items that I wanted as Christmas gifts and when I arrived at home I noticed one of the items wasnt in the bag I went back to the shop with my receipt and was told that they would have to contact the camera room then contact me to let me know wat was said.this was a week before Christmas so I was brushed off numerous times because the staff was 2 busy to have empathy for my situation. Christmas came and gone and still no word from the camera room and still noone is saying wat is it I'm supposed to do about my missin item that was paid for.at this point I jus want my monies back but there seems to be noone to even assist me with that.the stores located in Vaughn mills shopping center

Bought around 10 items so far, half of them are nearly unusable in two months. Low cost but low quality too. Not rrally value for money except a few items

They never answer the phone, its literally left off the hook because I've been calling them two days in a row and just getting the busy signal.when you go in the store and ask for help, the girls look at you like you said something to offend them.just ridiculous.

A big name in the market for women dresses but huge dissatisfaction as not many variations are available ambience is okay maintenance is okay sales staff are also okay

Today i had a wonderful experience shopping here. The boy in mens department guided me well. Later when i went to cash Young boy (Ally) was able to guide me through the deals well. The store was very extremely busy because of black friday sale.but this young fellow took his time to guide me through the deals. And at the end he gave notified me about new 10% discount promotion which saved me another $25.
I was very happy with the time spent and that cashier made my day. I would really like this guy to be my cashier again for next time purchase. Thats the way to do the job right.

Returning customer.

I love this branch! This place has some amazing deals all the time. I find their staff very friendly but a little slow at cash. I had the most respectable cashier i have ever met. (cashier numbers 140095) at register 6. Politely told me about the promotions my stuff was a part off. Also offered me the extra 10% discount which i was already a part off. I spent $300. Got a lot of stuff for $300. Good value. This cashier is trained well, managers are doing their job right. Keep up with good deals and good employees. Hope to be back for more amazing deals.

Urban planet is close to my home. My first visit was on Black Friday. Wow! A huge selection of beautiful clothes for all ages. I found many things at reasonable prices. I saved money shopping at Urban Planet. The Staff were all very helpfull and friendly. So glad my family found good things at Urban Planet too. This place is highly recommended, if you looking for beautiful, reasonable things. Go, Go enjoy this place. You will smile when you enter, and save money too.

Horrible service. I had to wait in line for 10 mins while 1 girl was working the cash as the manager stood behind the counter chatting with 3 other employees. I went to return an online purchase and was told I would get a refund (which is also stated on the back of the order form), but when the manager came she told me I would be getting a store credit only and would not give me a refund. She completely disregarded the form and told me it was store policy even though I have returned an online purchase for a full refund. Not happy with my experience at all.

Some fantastic bargains to be had in here during sales times, a great all round shop with some good original designs, super quality clothing for every day wear. Very friendly and helpful staff

It was a big sale I saved $60 I bought three pieces to four and I only spent $30 and my cashier was so nice to me and informative and letting me know about the deals and I really liked her she was so sweet

Picked up a pant from sale section, waited 25 mins to try it on, waited 20 mins to checkout, got to know its not on sale.

Very organized store; so many deals and options to look at. Never disappointed searching for my next outfit here. Staff are friendly and very diligent! Highly recommended store!

Bad service. Their return policy is very bad even if you return before 14 days they wont give refund they will give only store credit.

They have horrible people working there, very unprofessional, rude and mean. Closes dressing rooms 25 mins before closing even though my sister walked in 10 seconds prior to me.

Great place for clothing shopping with amazing deals on everything (kids, men and women clothes) and all the time.and, there merchandise quality is A-One.not only that, they always bring new styles at reasonable prices. Only thing is, you can't return merchandise at all.only option is to exchange or store credit.

This place actually is nice for women's you can find what u want and the size you need but for man's is hard to find size for big man's like my husband most of the man clothes is small and meduim that's saad
