They are always on sale and have a lot of variety of clothes to choose from.they ways send notifs for you everytime theyre on sale.my kids love to shop here️

Check your bills before you step out.
They will charge you twice for a single piece.

Once you step out and if you realise, they will tell you to wait for 3 days to validate that in CC tv camera.

They will ask you to wait till they call you back.

But unfortunately you don't receive that too.
So they can't be thieves to charge extra money from customers but customers can be thieves just for $ 10 guys. Don't be surprised but that's true.
And for $10 I have to walk around 6 km so that they will return back my extra money which they have stolen after swiping the same piece of cloth twice. No online transfer hahaaha for a few bugs you have to spend travel expenses that too for their mistake. Once they will validate in CC tv cameras.

My bill clearly shows the same item reflect twice. And if they need to validate in CC tv camera futege they can do it in front of customer right?
Their workers can't be wrong and customers are thieves.

Don't ever prefer this shop
It's not about money, it's about honey.money and respect.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A STORE
PEOPLE ARE RUDE, THEY JUST POINT TOWARDS TELEPHONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EMAIL. DO NOT HELP AT ALL. I HAD TO GO THROUGH HELL JUST FOR ONE RETURN. IN 2022 THEY STILL WANT PRINT OUTS AND DO NOT HELP AT ALL

Now this is a clean store. Well organized. Enough room for walking and wheelchair. Not the best prices compared to the other stores nearby but still have great options. Gotta love the shoes though. Parking space is GREAT. Anddddd the wall painting on the outside, you gotta love that!

Great clothes but horrible customer service. The word Customer Satisfaction means nothing to this company. After reaching out to them via email and phone call, I was informed they would contact me back with a resolution that suits them and am still waiting to hear back after 2 weeks. I guess sales is their only priority and a happy customer is not for this company.

Zero at the name of customer service, staff behaved like they never wanted us to be there and their faces were saying- Get out, do not bother us. I asked few things from one lady and she replied too but no smile and no kind words. The lady at counter had to open door for us as it was closing time, she looks so angry because of this, Set aside smile she did not even reciprocate our thanks with a single word, Horrible Horrible experience!

Went to buy a jacket for my daughter when there's a 50% off sale. I got the jacket my 13 year old daughter would have loved until I went to the cashier the jacket was over $200. Really? I had to ask her like 3 times. Plus that 50% was already deducted.big nooooooo for crying out loud it wasn't even brand name.

Fake promotions! If you want to buy one and earn another… you must pay a pair of clothes at a time! As the manager said: "it's the company's policy! " is it company policy to deceive the customer? Really!

Been shopping at urban planet online a lot of times i would usually recieve my order on time on the same day. Got my order in 5 days due to a mishap

I like this store! Everytime I come here, there is always great sale. I think most of our clothings came from this store. They are great quality!

Didn't intend to go in here at first but my experience wasn't bad. Got a little T-shirt deal when I went it but for that day, everything else isn't that cheap.

So they say buy one and get one free for EVERYTHING IN THE STORE and then when I want to buy something DISCOUNTED they say that the second one cannot be free! Very silly policy and will never go back there

Awefull policy for exchange and no return.when you want to exchange clothes with outher size they ask your resident address and full name and phone number and postal code.and the worst thing is they had this policy before covid too. I said I just wanna have my right size because of no fitting room. Im was there for exchange the Tshirt not to exchange my phone provider or bank account or my family doctor. Why people should share their confidentials to the stor cashiers and spend time.

After waiting in line for a long time to enter the Orfus Road store we found out that they didn't have the size of shirts I wanted to exchange my shirts for. This is the situation of main store.

I-Ready like when I was entering the store the employee was at the front putting hand sanitizer in everybody hands. That is very important to me and also when I enter everything was well organized and I was very impressed.

Anytime I go into the store Services great. The deals are fantastic just today alone. I have four items on. That I bought from the store in the past.

Heard about the mistreatment of staff; how breaks are now up to the manager's moods? How even when the staff are sick and unable to work they get attitude from the managers. Absolutely unacceptable. Shame on the Urban Behaviour managers.

Clothes are amazing, but that brown skin supervisor/manager is really rude, she shows no respect to the customer and the way she talks to customer seems like she’s asking for a fight. I am not coming back to this location because of ur rude treatment to customer.

Not the most helpful staff, but it's an outlet store so a good mix of discount and and new items.

Was expecting an order which was confirmed by email on December 13th, and then again on December 16th. Whenever I attempt to track the order I am redirected to an Error 400 message "Bad Request Invalid URL' and am unable to get any information from the Arrive App. The app says "Waiting For Details. Waiting for Tracking Event From Whistle".

It is now after Christmas and well into the New Year and I still have not received my order. I am extremely dissappointed because I have not received my items and I can not get any information online about the status of my order. I have called urban planet and left many messages with no response from any customer service representative. I choose to shop online this year because I have a disability preventing me from walking. I am currently unable to go to the mall and get the items. This inconvienced me in a major way. I had rebuy christmas gifts on extremely short notice at a very inflated price. I payed alot of money to urban planet for items I never recieved.

When I placed the order I opted to be notified by text message when the package is delivered as well as downloaded the arrive app. The tracking number does not work at all. And the arrive app is still saying "waiting for details" I have only received notifications regarding promotions and sales from Urban Planet.

Mostly small sizes in both clothing and shoes.
I was asked for an ID after I gave the cashier a one hundred dollar bill, my bill was $60

Very addicting store if you love shoes, like me. I can't every just window shop here, lol. But seriously, they have a great selection and the service is awesome.

I always find at least one pair of shoes I have to buy every time I go in there. All their stuff suits my style. Very youthful service but they're good at it. Moderate prices. It's easy to keep a budget here and still get the stuff you like.

A clean, outlet location, accessible through Urban Planet. Not the largest, but they definitely make use of the space. Everything is always neat and tidy and they have some cool accent pieces made from skateboards. Staff is always chill.

I think the girls in that store should wear uniforms not the clothes the store sales, they show too much skin like they work in a club, music also play loud like in a club. In general the staff is rude and the store looks like a club.
