Very bad customer Service especially a girl in the fitting room has a bad attitude and was disrespectful, I feel like she is not properly trained in customer experience but their overall collection of clothes was good.

Very bad customer service. I was there by 4.30 today, was just queuing up and the one girl at the billing counter was like the queue is on other side. I told was there here for a bit and some people just walked in on other side queuing up. She was kind of arrogant and was like go back on the other side. Hope there's some training for this sales reps, how to talk to customers.
I was dismayed to see all the cashiers acting as though they didn't want to be working when my 14-year-old daughter and I went shopping for Christmas.no hello, no smile, no thank you. Not a sign of good management.
Prices were misguided to us. On asking to manager, she was super rude, arrogant to us and even did not bother us to apologise As their staff told us the wrong prices. Even they did not refund our returns just immediately after the billing. Girl on the counter did not bother to share their details and call the manager. Will never go to this store. Worst experience and share my feedback to everyone in my contact
This locations has a lot of variety of clothing for women. Most of the clothing is good to buy when on sale (good deal) and can be altered if you know how to. Just be mindful that on the weekends when they have deals, there is a line up.

Rude manager. Wanted to exchange an item that still had the price tag AND the security tag attached. She said no, all they can do is remove the security tag. I had the receipt. They lost a sale. I was gonna exchange it for something more expensive and pay the difference. Also had more items to buy, didn't want to buy them after my experience. People now a days don't care for others, it's sad.
