They don’t let you try clothes on, and if you want to return a product they only option is to get a store credit. They won’t return you your money to your original payment method, so your basically stuck spending with them even if there’s nothing you like.

Scammers!

They’re putting out fake sales, says buy 1 get 2 free on the door, looked at the whole store and nothing is on sale for that. Also change rooms are dirty and don’t lock. Employees are room

Didn’t follow proper advertising. My wife combed for a faux leather pants her size and finally got one and were told we cannot get it at the advertised price. It had to be buy one get one $10.

I just wanted to commend Malaz, the attendant at the fitting rooms on her superior customer service skills, she made our shopping experience a positive and fun one. She greeted and acknowledged us immediately with a smile and engaged in friendly conversation…. Definitely made my day to see someone that displayed such a professional, positive and fun demeanour. Also to mention, I’ve always had positive and friendly interactions with the staff at this location.

Personally telling I loved the place a lot.
Not just in terms of the stocks and ambience only but the so is it’s amazing staff.
Big shoutout to the staff members namely ‘Nicole’ and ‘Shelina’ (sorry if I’m writing it incorrect), they were so friendly, kind and helpful. You guys are doing fabulous job, also that extra mile customer service means a lot to us (customers). I highly appreciate that.
And even every staff member was really helping.
It feels so great being there every-time.

Came here for a last minute vacay haul before leaving and Gabriel was everything and more than I needed to help me maximize the amazing bogo sale! Thank your Gabriel for all you help!

If you don’t have trial room due to Covid at least try to allow longer return and exchange time for the customer so they can go home try your stuff and come back back based on their time and schedule not based on your due date.
You are not as big bran or high quality as TH or VS so you should at least improve your return exchange policy.
I purchased around $350 from their store but when I came home they were the wrong sizes so I went back and they did not refund my money but kept it as store credit. Hell! I don’t want to buy your so called cheap quality product. Why are you keeping my money? Useless brand ever, in fact they should not be called a brand!

They provided me defective piece of men's belt. When I went to exchange she told me that there is no label while I showed her bill. Never going again. Worst and don't buy cheap things from here they will not exchange it even when you have bill. To urban planet, if we don't remove your label, how can we remove it? And you have written in your bill that it's okay if you have bill at least for changing your defective products?

Not recommending to any one and never coming back to your stores.

Nice store with good clothes at a good price. Went there to exchange some clothes and couldn't find anyone to help me. Went to the cashier and there was only one person available attending a costumer who was making a very big purchase. Asked the cashier is someone else could help me and she said no, so I Waited for 20min and then gave up

I visited a couple times to buy some stuff but their fitting rooms are closed! They are loosing customers like this.

We didn’t know that they have a new COVID policy where you can’t try out any of their clothes! Me and my friends we were trying out some of their jackets and a guy started yelling at us that we can not try them on. There was this other girl who saw us trying on jackets and also helped us with the sizes but this guy, literally just came out of no where and started yelling that we can’t try them on! I mean there was no point of being that rude? !

This has nothing to do with the quality or prices of clothes.
But it has to do with customer service of one of the cashiers and probably manager, i paid with cash the cashier called the manager the were inspecting the cash and my ID as if i was a suspect and that ruined my shopping experience, it is your right to ask for ID and to check the cash, but you should do in a respectful way.
Not by giving me weird glances.
Bad customer service, unpleseant and bad manners.

Grabbed a couple casual shirts that i love however, very disappointed with the service by a staff member named Raoul behind the desk. He went out of the way to be "unavailable to cashout" everytime i came to his side of the desk. Like buddy can i just pay please!? ! Customers are waiting but he took a few ppl and then closed down when I reached him for the second time, he said he was just helping and I should go to head cashier.

On the day we went the floors are clear and the merchandise are displayed nice. Sizes are easier to find.

Can't go wrong trend fir less looks more expensive and fit great staff very helpful and friendly always good deals highly recommend

It’s a good store. Sometimes they’ll have really nice clothes, then there’s times when nothing looks good.

The workers here are disgustingly rude and rachets. Esp that manager Betty.they have no fear of showing unprofessional actions in front of the customers mostly at the cashiers.never shopping here again.

The associates are more concerned about folding the clothes on display than asking if you need help.there’s no help on the floor. I’ve been in this store countless times and only once have someone asked if I’m ok.otherwise you can get good stuff here at great prices

Awful customer service, I had a cashier checking me out while talking bad about her new co worker who was working in the changing room area, saying stuff like “she’s huffing and puffing back there going so slow, she doesn’t know what she’s doing, she’s a bad worker”. Both workers on the cash were completely unprofessional and I left the store disgusted.

I love this store and the amazing employee's like *Dominic*! Dominic made my experience at Urban Planet so much fun and memorable!

Nice collection for cheapest price range I came across, should have a notice printed saying fitting rooms will be closed 15 minutes early.

I love that they always do sales, so that's kinda good for their business, and I do buy alot from them so thats a good thing

Nice place and good prices. However, the only thing I personally dislike about this store is seeing more than once how the manager yell in front to everyone to their employees. That's humiliating for the staff.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. The employees here don't help at all, they're full of attitude and only help their own friends and families that are shopping there.

I'm extremely disappointed with the employees none of them are helpful not even the manager he is rude. However they were all being so extra nice and talkative to an employee who was shopping there with her annoying family. They were getting special treatment by the male manager and 2 females who were working.

They aren't celebrities so treat everyone equally stop with favoritism.
Unfortunately I shop at this location since the clothes here are a bit better than Scarborough Town Centre but sadly the people working here are very rude, ignorant have too much attitude and aren't helpful at all.

Was absolutely horrible! Went to the store to get some cheap clothes that wasn’t that bad. Although extremely disappointed in customer service! I went to buy some nail clippers and right after it broke so as a normal person would do I went to get a refund. But apparently there’s no “refund” only exchange or store credit. So I exchanged it thinking if was probably just a malfacture error but no. After I exchanged I got a new pair of nail clippers then after using it once it scratched a lot so I just figured to just exchange it for a shirt or something. I went to the store again to tell an employee about this then she told me to line up to exchange it and it was a busy day. After waiting for at least 45 minutes I finally told them the story about it how it’s scratching the metal and she said that I couldn’t get a refund. Wasted about 10 minutes telling her I wanted to get an exchange not refund then she asked another employee if we can get exchanges which was so dumb as it listed that you can get an exchange for another item in the the receipt. After the other employee didn’t know so they called in the manager I aussumed to discuss about this. After showing the receipt she said that I had to tell some privet information like what’s your address which was stupid as I just wanted to exchange an item. Then she said that the store owned me 1 dollar and something and she said that we can give you a store credit. But I refused as I’m probably not gonna go to this store after the horrible quality. But another employee said I have to so she just told me to wait for another employee to help me. After waiting 10 minutes and having the employee ignore me as I was calling her multiple times my friend and I have finally left. Shockingly she noticed we left and called after us which was stupid. As she ignored us, so now your saying you want our attention? !? !? ! My really issue with this store is that they could of used the time wisely and not waste time and saying irrelevant things in my opinion like what’s your address, like I just wanted an exchange, what does where I live have to do with exchanges? Instead of wasting around an hour of my friend and my time they could of just did it in 5 minutes like for the time where the nail clippers broke I asked the manager I assumed Greg or something and he help me and finished it less then 5 minutes. But no imparently the employee (I don’t know her name) needed at least 1 hour just to get an exchange done.

Staff answered the phone while helping me and my friend check out. It made her slow down and not be able to talk to us when they're was another working right next to her that could've answered it. But the place was very clean and very well kept.

This store offers fair prices for a good selection of styles and items as the quality/price value is okay. But I was a bit disappointed at the fact that such a HUGE store had only 3 or 4 fitting rooms for everybody. I had to wait in line for more than 50 minutes to try 4 pieces of clothing and the store was not even crowded. They also allow people to try a big number of items (which is okay) but makes the whole experience of fitting rooms even more INEFFICIENT. This only discourages me from shopping at this place again.
