Urban Rustic Living

A bit disappointing. Not many products on showcase. Items in basement are all on sale but many lack prices and section has been picked over.

We were in the process of building a new house, all we had were the floor plans, samples of the floor and the stone for the fireplace. Laura too all of this and came up with some recommendations on wall colour, furniture style and placement as well as fabric choices to pull everything together. I highly recommend this team of professionals.

We were thoroughly disappointed with this store when we hired them for design services. We should have asked to see a sample presentation when they offered to do two design versions of every room in our house. They never delivered this. The "designs" they did do in auto cad were not to scale and lacked dimensions, detail and reasonability. We were told 8 weeks for delivery and had to keep calling the store for updates after 8 weeks came and went with no contact. The furniture took 11 weeks. We were told that Brentwood would deliver our furniture (as they pass our house to bring it to Huntsville) but instead it went to Huntsville and we were told it was $100 for delivery by the store. Surprised by this we asked that the store cover the cost for the miscommunication. Tari (store owner) was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone and refused to cover the cost (her words were "absolutely NOT"). There was no apology for the promises made and not delivered on which included that the store would deliver and set up our furniture for us. When Ed (owner) showed up at our house to deliver our furniture he was beyond rude towards us and refused to put the furniture in our house. ALSO, it was expected that we unload our own furniture!

You would be wise to AVOID this store.

We have been so very pleased and thankful for this store. The service is second to none, they go out of their way to help you with colour palates and ideas. They deal with great woodworking people. We bought a new home and Laura and Tari have helped furnish most of our home including lighting. You will not be disappointed. Pricing is also very competitive. Love you guys!
