I hate a good experience there!
Greeted and treated with care!
I was also in and out within hour and abit.

I never really go to urgent care- but I needed to get checked out - so with abit of resistance I went. It was a very good experience.
I had Dr. C (something) -like a hand&foot person I think - and he was nice, understanding and paitent.

U can tell he was busy with a lot of other people- but he addressed concerns and was good.

Bring back the original self wheeling wheel chairs. So these new blue ones require two people. I got dropped off and legit couldn't move an inch without asking random people to help me. Everyone stood around while a nurse asked me where was the person who came in with me. Whats wrong with My two own arms that can wheel my chair. Now these blue ones look like straight mental ones to get strapped up in. Might as well do that when I can't move anywhere. Most dumbest decision you've ever made

Really? You removed my review? Why do you ask to be rated if you don’t want to hear the truth? I’ll post it again. Nurses doing nothing, talking about recipes while there’s 50 ppl in the waiting room. Drs are just as bad. If they don’t know what’s wrong they send you home.
Welcome to Canada. It takes 3 weeks to see you family Dr and 4-8 hr wait at the emergency. There’s nothing urgent about this urgent care. This place should be called “ we don’t care” we just want your tax dollars so we can whine about how overworked we are.

Staff was nice and wait was fast but doctor did not care to look into my symptoms and sent me home with the same meds I came with. Went to St Joseph’s ER the next day

The woman at the front desk could’ve been more friendly but overall very quick and easy experience. Doctor was thorough and very friendly!

Been here a few times Have to repeat my painful issues over and over triage nurse asked me stupid questions when i already gave all the info when i first walked in its like they dont believe you and need you to keep confirming what happened and kept asking why i was here exactly when i already repeated myself more than once.they look at you like you're crazy. Then when you see a doctor they say follow up with your family doctor the reason i come is because i have to wait weeks almost a month for a family doctor appointment.so i gotta suffer until then. They rush everyone and have no compassion

Went in mid morning with possible broken ankle. Was admitted, x-rayed, seen by a doctor and released with a boot and crutches. All totaled 3 hrs. I'd say reasonable

What an embarrassing time be a Canadian…. As somebody that lived in the US for years, worked building a number of our city healthcare facilities and having had the displeasure of watching various areas of the sector get gutted and go contract, I give up. Go ahead. Privatize. ANYTHING has to be better than this? !

If I could I would give this urgent care no stars. This is by far the worst Urgent care I’ve ever been to in Ontario. The staff is unprofessional, rude and like to talk to minorities in a condescending manner. When we went to check in the first nurse we spoke to was so rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. We needed help and she looked at me and said “not sure why you came, there’s not much we can do for your here” they refused to help my husband. The wait was 6 hours and & to make it worse they are understaff. The doctor came in and did nothing I requested something and she was dismissive and rude. If you want to be treated bad, with a long wait, and see a bunch of Karen’s then go here. They need to be shut down and I will be taking this further.

If I can i’ll give 0 stars. Terrible doctors Dr McDonagh is worse ever doctor I have ever seen in my life He treats his patients like animal he did wrong surgery on me and didn’t even accept it’s his fault already complained against him Be aware of that doctor he has no knowledge.

We were in with 2 small children. The flow from registration, to triage to nurse to doctor was excellent. Thank you to the amazing group of healthcare professionals. We were in and out in 2 hours total.
