Waiting an hour to speak to a student doctor associate really is quite disrespectful. No wonder they have signs in the office that aggression will not be tolerated. How about they respect our time like they expect us to respect theirs

Remarkably bad… doctor yelled at me for wincing in pain.walls are paper thin… while you’re in the waiting room you can hear everything he is saying to patient… worst doctor/patient experience I’ve ever had.avoid at all costs!

Call, email, nothing. You would think a private healthcare office would value business and not be as bad as the Canadian public healthcare system. You can’t possibly still be having phone problems and if you can respond to reviews, you can respond to emails...
