I’ve been going to Utopia for many years and the food and service is always great! The food is fresh and the service is always warm. This place is a gem!

Nice little neighbourhood spot. Food was great, atmosphere is perfect. Service was just ok though. Not terrible…But not great. Was helped/served by three different people and none of them smiled once. No one checked in on us during our meal (no plate removals when done so we sat with an inordinate amount of things on the table for quite a while…had to ask for more napkins aside from the one napkin that wrapped our utensils etc). Aside from that, food came out hot and delicious. Likely would visit again for the food and ambiance but would temper my expectations for an amazing service experience.

Love this place so much! The food was great, particularly their burrito. Portion size is very generous and price wise, very affordable. I love their plant laded interior design, so refreshing. Most of the staff were great except one.

Great vegan options for brunch and other meals. Tofu scramble, guacamole, home fries are all delicious. Bottomless coffee with plant milk options. I will be back!

The place is nice and cozy. The food is affordable and tasty. Great service, staff was very friendly.

Went for brunch with my dad. I am very please with the vegan and non-vegan options. Can't wait to return! The coffee wasn't my favorite but I'll just order tea next time.
Returned with my mom explained my dietary restrictions was given dairy cheese and mayo despite not being able to eat either. My moms food included rock hard hashbrowns, probably reheated. Lowered my review rating as it seems consistency is not maintained.

Okay, I love brunch.and the food at this place is delicious and the portions are generous, so it's really unfortunate that the service was beyond disappointing on multiple occasions.
Upon our first visit in the summer, it took almost 30 minutes for the server to greet us and take our order, but it seemed busy so we were understanding. The table next to us had trouble getting extra napkins and more water as well (it was 30+ degrees that day and the fans were struggling to keep up on the back patio.)
We went back for brunch last Sunday and were seated promptly and offered drinks to start, but the server didn't return for another 30 minutes or so after bringing a coffee to the table (after no offer of milk or cream to go with it.) I tried to wave and get her attention several times prior to this, meanwhile several patrons who arrived after us had placed their food and drink orders and received them before we were eventually approached again.
Once we finally ordered, the food arrived fairly quickly (as did the fixings for the coffee, finally.) and the sever was very apologetic for the confusion (in having thought we had ordered?), however she continued to not pay much attention to us even after we told her we considered leaving earlier because she hadn't returned to the table. We clearly weren't happy at this point but were hungry so decided to order anyways.
A few new customers also arrived while were waiting to order, who were told to "sit wherever they want" multiple times, though the front of the restaurant was full. I personally had to let the customers know there was a back patio as well they could go to (you think the people who work there would offer this information but apparently not.)
Once we were ready to leave, I just headed to the counter to pay our bill as our server was sitting with some friends at this point.
Had the restaurant been really busy I would understand the initial delay, but it seemed like it was just our table that was being ignored for some reason, even after we mentioned we were about to leave due to the initial delay.
I really debated leaving this review because the food is great and its nice little spot, but our last experience bothered me enough to not want to return so we won't be giving this place any future business.

I love this place! Great neighborhood spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch, whatever you please! Very friendly staff, tasty food, solid portions. Highly recommend:)
