Am a return customer because I trust UTS to do the exact job they said they would do. Love the fast expediant service and empoyees are courteous and get the job completed.

I am a property manager and UTS makes my life very easy: they are quick to get quotes for when I need them; they are clearly arborists and they know what they are talking about; and their final bill is exactly what their estimate was.

Had UTS come by to trim my massive tree next to my driveway. It’s always dripping sap on my vehicles and brushing against my trailers. Asked for a nice trim job right up to the top but with a natural look. It turned out great!

EXCELLENT SERVICE and follow up. Chose UTS to remove large tree and stump due to competitive estimate and they would also source and plant replacement trees. On time, tidy and very communicative. After discussion of my expectations for replanting, arborist and horticulturalist made some excellent recommendations for replanting. No hesitation to recommend UTS.

Their service is great. At the beginning, David had free estimate and advice for applying permit from the city. Everything has to follow the rule and regulations from the city. A recent heavy snowfall damaged a birch tree branch and left it dangling by a "thread" directly over my vehicle. It was an accident waiting to happen! I contacted office manager Lynn and owner David at UTS Tree Care and, within 1 hour of my call, two very highly skilled, pleasant and professional crew (Terry and Simon) arrived and removed the broken branch cleanly and efficiently. They also removed two other branches that were just waiting for the next heavy snowfall! It was a real pleasure doing business with UTS Tree Care and I recommend them very highly. You wont find a better tree service company anywhere!

Professional, polite and efficient! You know someone is good at their job when they make it look easy. These fellows did a great job taking the dead tree down in our front lawn.
