I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The staff is wonderful and we adore Dr Rowe! The nurses are so kind and compassionate. Our family feels listened to and well taken care of since switching to this location.

The online portal isn’t great… so that just means I need to call the old fashioned way, but that’s ok.

I have been trying to renew husband prescription going on 3 weeks (blood pressure) this so called human being on the other end of the line was very very rude, telling me to use the system they have in place! The system they have in place just keep refilling stuff I dont use! Rexall Pharmacy is a joke! What is going on with all the ignorant people in health care!

Absolute Joke. Receptionist is nowhere to be seen for 10 minutes and when she finally arrives she can't take anymore patients because I need to make an appointment. 4 people in waiting room and 2 hours left in the day. Bad need of an overhaul. They should have stayed shutdown when they moved from Elgin Park

Dr. Damis has proven to show his lack of competence and care for his patients. I strongly suggest you stay away.

Terrible.but expected for Uxbridge. I should have gone to the hospital because I would have been out faster. Close to 2 hours to be seen.waiting room at 3 people in it. Receptionists look at you, and turn away with saying anything like they hold an authoritative position. Find somewhere else. I'm sure its not going to hurt their business by losing customers.

I was very happy with my visit to here. The staff was very helpful and kind. The doctor was very nice and took time to help my son and explained everything in regards to our visit.

Best clinic ever. Fantastic, thorough physician care, quick and efficiently run, nurses are amazing and new spacious, sparkling clean facility. Saving grace during these times of shortages and overburdened hospitals.

Impossible to see a doctor here. Every time I call here in need to go to a walk in clinic I remember why I never have gone here to begin with. You’re better off trying to cure yourself or drive to the nearest city to find help.

Saw Dr Calesh Doobay over a fall on black ice. We discussed a CT scan on my right should and spine. When I went for the CT scan I was told the scan was only for my spine. I was shocked when we discussed the pain I was having on my right shoulder and that was the main reason for the CT scan as well as my back. They said if I go over and see Dr Doobay he could send a requisition to have my shoulder scanned as well while I'm still at the hospital location. I went right over and asked for Mr Calesh Doobay and I waited for 2 hours at his location and the front line staff said he refused to see me and said the right shoulder injury has nothing to do with the pain in my neck.
I had 3rd level herniation on c6 c7 discs in 2009 and believed this fall has aggravated or caused my discs to herniate again and that's why I wanted to see him to have a CT scan or MRI done on my neck and shoulder.he new I was there for 2 hours and then refused to see me.he even sent me for physio and on the requisition it clearly says RIGHT SHOULDER INJURY.
Why he refused to see me was quite shocking to me. All I wanted to tell him is I'm having tingling in my fingers and numbness down my right arm, but he never gave me that chance. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY I WAS TREATED. HAD AN ULTRASOUND AND THERE IS A PATIAL TEAR IN THECROTATOR CUFF. IF HE DID WHAT I ASKED 2 MONTHS AGO MY PHYSIO THERAPIST WOULD HAVE KNOW HOW YO TREAT THIS.

Nothing but good things to say about the clinic and the people who work for it. Dr. Jensen is my family doctor and she has done a wonderful job for myself. I'm a little surprised by some of the negative comments I've seen about this place, I've never had an issue with anyone Dr/Nurse/Receptionist, but all of these reviews are biased, so if you want to see what the place is really like I'd suggest you go see for yourself. You may be pleasantly surprised.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Terrible office and staff hands down. I never get help when I need it. No one actually does their job

Dr. Mohile is an angel on earth. She is so patient, resourceful, helpful, punctual, friendly and the list goes on about her practice. My sons are special needs and she has been so helpful to our family, we've felt so safe under her care while our son was on his medication journey trying to find the right fit. Her staff are all so kind and responsive to calls and emails. The clinic is clean and full of life. They are so accomidating to our sons needs as well. Blessed to have them, we travel 30 mins each way just to come here and I don't mind at all.

Dr. Vara should not legally be allowed to be a doctor.i have gone to this man for almost ten years, no matter what i go in for, trouble sleeping, leg pain DAYS AFTER A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT, he refuses to help me until i stop smoking.this man should be back practicing witchcraft! I basically havent been to the doctor in years because im stuck with this moron!

The absolute worst staff you will ever find. Dr's are ok, but that front desk, just wow.zero stars.

Dr. Husain has been our family doctor since she joined the practice and has always been so kind, thorough and thoughtful. The front desk staff and nurses are all great. I just don’t understand the negative reviews. Doesn’t match my experience in any way.

I have been to this walk-in twice now, both times were brutal long waits. Also forget calling in, its 15min before anyone will answer the phone.definitely worth the drive south of the ridges for a walkin.

Nurses are great and the lady's behind the desk are as well, however do not use dr damus he said my son who had a fever of 103.6 was fine and sent us home so we went to emergency department for a second opinion 2 hours later, where we are told he had croup and a double ear infection and was put on iv for dehydration.

Dr. Ahmed is fantastic. But unless you have an appointment with her, expect to wait several hours for something as simple as a doctor's note. Don't have much positive to say about reception staff, try not to make patients feel like a nuisance.

Horrible staff. Wouldn't let me drop off a prescription authorization firm for my doctor. Told me If I did that my doctor wouldn't get paid by ohip. I'm diabetic and out of medication. Now I have to wait for walk in to get a prescription for medication that I've been taking for 10 years

Would give them 0 stars if I could. This clinic employs some of the worst receptionists you could think of. They are are extremely rude, condescending fat and old hags (at least 5 different ones work there). They are miserable people. They will lie and steal and are so unorganized and don’t do their jobs. No one knows what it going on and each one of them was too lazy to make any memo or care to help.

For someone who barely makes minimum wage sitting a desk for 3 hours doing a mindless job in an environment filled with diseases and germs just makes me wonder why they think they are better than everyone. But yet both Doctors, an Indian man and Arab woman were so humble and polite. Just goes to show the pedigree of the doctors versus lazy old receptionists.

The clinic itself is old, dirty and outdated. It smells really badly of old, stinky people and there’s no ventilation. The air is stale and since it smells so bad I just hold my breath the whole time. The chairs, tables and counter haven’t been cleaned but the germ filled air is the worst part. Go somewhere else! Stay away!

Get wait time, heklpful if call and ask if they can fit you in or not so dont waste time, great doctors. Great late hr waiting.
