Grateful for Dr. Dawn, Dr. Ben and the amazing vet techs who have helped us out over the years. Appreciate the kindness of doctors who talk through difficult diagnoses with compassion. That kind of care is invaluable.

We have been clients of Uxbridge Vets for almost 25yrs. We have always received top notch care and cannot say enough about the staff. Very knowledgeable clinic with caring and compassionate vets and employees. Highly recommend.

Recently I had to make a very hard decision for my dear canine friend. Not only did I receive knowledgeable and practical guidance from Dr. Ben. The staff, Tracey helped me to organize a time outside in a peaceful surrounding. It made a very rough time kind and I will always remember your thoughtfulness.
Now with my new pup, once again the professional, friendly and practical guidance is appreciated.

A recent visit there was the most professional and enjoyable veterinary experience in a lifetime of having cats!
Dr. Dawn showed expertise and caring, putting my shy cat Shadow and I at ease, whilst providing options for his care.
It happened that my grandaughter was Dr. Dawn's summer assistant that day, encouraging hands-on practice.

UVH has restored my faith in veterinary medicine, after a few years of sub par care at another clinic.
I brought my extremely nervous rescue pup there for his first vet visit and the staff were so kind and considerate of his needs. They were accommodating in assigning us a female vet (he is terrified of men), and by the end of our appointment he was sitting on Dr. Kennedy‘a lap nuzzling her (he is a 50lb dog). I don’t blame him because I also felt immediately like I could trust her, and her care was thorough and compassionate.
I have also taken my cat with a moderately difficult personality to see Dr. Ben, and while she grumbled and growled at him he treated her like his own pet. Our visit required some follow up, and communication was timely and easy to understand.
The admin staff are so kind and welcoming, and it feels like being greeted by an old friend when you enter.
Overall the vibes of this clinic are incredible. It is quiet, peaceful, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I recommend this clinic to all of my pet owning friends and family, and I will continue to bring my furry children here, current and future.

The staff went over and above in providing care for my cat. Everyone was friendly, caring, attentive and supportive in helping me re: treatment and grooming of my 'plus size rescue cat'.
They offered suggestions and tips to ensure a healthy regime as well. Kudos to all of you!

Very disappointed!
Not welcoming and very rude on the phone.
They said they will call back to give me an appointment.
After waiting hours i called again to follow up, the receptionist basically said they are very busy and they don’t have any appointment for the day.
When I asked them why they didn’t call me earlier to let me know, she got very upset and told me that she has no time to explain me then hang up!

Unfortunately my cat passed moments after he arrived at the hospital. But the staff was the most compationate group of people I've ever encountered. The service is amazing. I'd definitely recommend this place for you most love per. Thanks you sooooo much to the staff.

Dr. Ben & the rest of the fantastic team at UVH especially Melanie, saved my dogs life. After serious surgery, they called us everyday to check in on Baby, answered all of our questions and gave us instructions for her aftercare. They made us feel like they truly loved & cared about her as much as we do. I am forever grateful to Dr. Ben and Melanie & the rest of the team for being transparent, and helping us through these stressful times.
