Original review: 1 star = DO NOT DEAL with this store! They only care to sell you garbage without disclosing that items are refurbished. When you realize that it is refurbished after the sale - they do not allow returns on refurbished products and, claims their cost to fix warrants the price so that is why it is more than retail with less warranty! Absolutely ridiculous with zero customer service…George is rude and condensing! No clue how or why they remain in business!

Took several Dyson stick vacuums and a shark vacuum in that we thought were all dead (we have large long haired dogs and go through vacuums like crazy) and they were able get all of them working again!

Definitely better than calling Dyson for troubleshooting assistance…and takes less time (and they’re actually able to fix the problem)

I have been fighting with my Dyson for awhile, decided to take it to VacConnection, turns out it was just battery, they had one in stock, changed it for me and it is good to go. Great service, knowledgeable staff, highly recommend.

Great service so far! I ordered a refurbished Dyson vacuum yesterday and within minutes of my order I received the shipping notice. The vacuum showed up at my place in Eastern Ontario this morning - pretty amazing!

Absolutely recommend VacConnection! George was super friendly and knowledgable. They have a great selection of brands and he knows everything about all of them. Cleaning the house today and what a difference the new Miele is to the old Hoover.

Called with a malfunctioning central vac unit. Connor was out the next morning, and within two hours had a new canister installed and went around to the inlets to fix any gaskets that last their seal. Top-notch service.

My powerhead broke and called them. George provided couple options, and let me decide. I ended up getting a new cleaning set as powerhead repair needed a part in backorder.
I went to the store and George helped select the cleaning set.
I highly recommend VacConnection for all your vacuum needs instead of going to big stores where no one can provide this level of customer service.
