Made an appointment with Vacmasters for my house's central vacuum system being stuck and having no suction from any of the ports inside the house. Technician Ridwan came to my house yesterday and checked every port inside the house, and used his amazing technical know-how to accurately diagnose the clog to be in the attic above the garage, which he then had to climb up and check, and the problem was exactly that (he was really nice the entire time and even took pictures/videos while he was up in the attic to show me what went wrong and how he would fix the issue). He then laid down new pipes for my house and his work quality was outstanding, and now the house's central vacuum is back to its full capability after his visit. The people at the shop were also nice and understanding, definitely would always come back here in the future if I encounter any central vacuum issues.

Vacuum works well so far.
Only issue is that the 10-12 inch brush keeps falling off from the silver hose. Can you send a replacement brush please.

Superb service. I bought a Central vac hose from Vacmaster about a year ago. We had some issues with the hose and communicated with the Vacmaster team. They were able to help us with the issue and replace our hose. I wasn't expecting that level of customer service. It's one of those times that I'm glad that I didn't buy from Amazon. Thanks Karen.

Arrived in good time and the accessories are descent. The hose is fairly cheap plastic so if is a little cold its a pain to wrap up. All in all for the price its acceptable.

I got a garage kit for my central vaccum here. Didn't spend much time in the store since I had already picked it out. Item works well and I'm happy with my purchase.

Excellent replacement for my shop-vac. The hose connected properly to my wall recepters. The brushes are a little bigger than the original ones but they worked well.
The hose is long anought to travel the house all over.

Great advice. Super friendly staff (Joe and Karen). Good prices. But most of all they really care about the products they sell. I bought a new Cana-vac unit to replace a 20 year old Hoover unit. Don walked me through how to install it myself. And when I came back with a tricky set up in my basement Don provided exactly the parts I needed and clear instructions on how to sort it out. Perfect 10/10 self installation. I’m glad I drove from mid town TORONTO. Much better service than other dealers I visited.

What Service! After my original order for a replacement in house vac system, the hose did not fit my older house. One email to Vacmaster, and they asked for a photo of the connection in my house, once they received that Joe offered a solution and shipped not one but three different reducers to make the system work. I was impressed by the quality and speed of service. The person helped me find the part I needed and gave me good advise to make the best buy for my money. I received the parts for my central vacuum within 48 hours and was happy to find out that the replacement part is of better quality than the old one.

I had never seen a vacuum this good before. Thank you so much for delivering the best product out there. I love how quiet it is. I love the slim design of it. Most of all love the head and hose that came with it. It’s German brand works the same way as my lawnmower, rolls fast and the suction is extremely good. I owned many vacuums (electalux, Dyson) no one is as close as this Canadian made system. I was very satisfied with the well and beyond support that I received from this company all the way until it was assembled. They sent me step by step pictures and Videos in my e mail. It felt like I was a VIP customer. Keep up the good work.

I had a problem with my vacuum hose & handle and dropped the hose & head off this morning. It was repaired at no charge the same same day. (loose wire).
I purchased my central vacuum system January 21 2011 and am still using it today. Some wearable parts had to be repaired over the years but it is a very high quality unit. Some of these parts had been repaired at no charge to me. This company has always treated me fairly over the years and that is way I always return to them. Thank you very much for your service.

Highly recommend. Joe came to my home to service my beam vacuum and correct an issue from another beam dealer in Markham. He realized I had been duped into buying a new unit by this other dealer as all that was required was a proper unclogging. He put me into direct contact with the Beam representative who ensured this was resolved promptly and without issue. I highly recommend Vacmaster if you're looking for a handheld or central vacuum. I bought my SEBO canister vacuum from them and got free shipping and a quality product. You really feel the German engineering that went into it, and it works well on carpets and floors alike. I visited Vacmaster to ask some questions about central vacuum. Joe took the time to explain about the different motors on the market. I have my central vacuum for the past 10 years and was having some issues. He came over the same day and did a quick diagnoses. He advised me that the motor was fine and I only needed a new power hose and its accessories. He recommended the Eureka brand to be the best and worth the money. I am quite happy and impressed with their professional service and would highly recommend making your purchase at this shop.

My husband brought our Miele Vacuum in for "free estimate" after calling to see if they could repair. The free estimate, which was at best surface level checks, resulted in a diagnosis that it was the motor or the coil and that it would be hundreds to fix. The owner also recommended that we purhase a new vac as it wasn't worth fixing. My father in law is a moderately handy guy so we asked him to look at it. Turns out a little rust had developed on a contact, he cleaned the contact and it continues to work just like it was brand new. 10mi job. Im highly disappointed, buyer be ware.glad i didn't purchase the new 400$ vac they suggest!

If I could give a 0 I would. The worst service I have ever had - I will never be back. My central vac had no suction- They were here for 8 minutes, I paid about $150 - less than 2 months later one of the main outlet has no suction.lt has nothing to do with the hose. They told me to F'off basically, my problem - the vacuum is used once a week - I live in Markham not the Jungle what could happen in that short amount of time - if you are ok with BAD customer service and paying them $150 every 2 months for 8 minutes of work - then sure, check them out. VERY ANGRY

Service was quick and thorough. Joe came to personally install the new unit in our garage, which replaced an old Beam unit that fried on us after 13 years. He completed the install quickly and tested the unit from inside. He even fixed one of our central vac outlets that was faulty! Fantastic and friendly service! Highly recommended.:)
