Vacuums Repair Center

These guys are arrogant cheats and rip offs. I went to them for a vacuum repair and they charged me $115 for servicing which they claimed would solve the issue. After the so called service when I brought the vacuum back home, I realized the problem was still there. They asked me to bring the vacuum back and said the problem was in fact in the battery which would need to be replaced for another $90. So basically the $115 I gave initially were completely wasted thanks to their wrong diagnosis. They act like they know what they are doing but the truth is that they just shooting in the dark and have no idea about how vacuum cleaners work. What's worse, they have zero respect for customers' time and money and will keep extorting cash from you once you've fallen into their trap. They would never accept their mistake or offer a refund. These guys cannot be trusted. Desmond and Norman here are extremely rude and have no talking manners. Explains why this place has awful ratings on google. Avoid this place at all cost. Your money will be wasted. Give it in charity, but not to these unapologetic thieves.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Their service was truly disappointing. I took my vacuum to them, hoping to get it fixed. They said a service of the battery would do the trick that would cost more than $100. I paid, and it took them 2 weeks to do the job which seemed unnecessary given it was just a service. When I finally got the serviced vaccum and picked it back up, the issue persisted upon returning home. I went back to inform them. The took the vaccum back but after 1 week of keeping it they changed their stance, saying the battery required replacement instead that would cost an additional $100.

The initial $100 seems to have gone down the drain due to their inaccurate assessment. Their approach appears haphazard, and it's doubtful they truly understand vacuums. Furthermore, they seem indifferent to a customer's resources, both time and money, and show no intent of admitting their error or providing compensation. What adds salt to my wounds is that both Desmond and Norman are dismissive and rude when you highlight their dishonesty to them. Such a waste of time! Stay far far away from this place. There is a reason there's so many negative review on Google

Very friendly owner, I just came in for a vacuum attachment this time and he spent a lot of time explaining and making I got one that fit (and gave me a free used bonus attachment I needed). I was shocked (and curious, in case I ever needed it), the customer in front of me was charged a VERY reasonable rate for his vacuum repair. If you have questions, you can call him, he's always answering his phone.

If you do come see him for whatever reason, do try to bring your vacuum, he seems to prefer that.

The owner is incredibly helpful. Super nice guy. Highly recommended.
