I called Kyle to come and diagnose my central vacuum. He showed up within 24 hours, offered me a couple of options and explained the advantages and disadvantage of each one. I decided to get a new central vacuum system, and I couldn’t be happier. The process was very efficient and the price was fair. If you’re looking to repair or replace your central vacuum, I would strongly recommend calling Kyle for a quote.

I had a very bad experience at a **different** location and was slightly nervous about the same thing happening, yet again here, HOWEVER I am so happy that I have found the place I will now be giving all of my vac’ business to.
The man and woman that run the shop have ALWAYS been so friendly and you can just genuinely tell that they love what they do and that attitude is so infectious (really makes me want to get up and vacuum.haha).
Marlene is incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it.
No feelings of being swindled (an amazing change)
Or taken advantage of.
Will be recommending this location in Richmond hill to everyone from now on.

I wish I had more stars to give. This company has been amazing to work with - respond promptly, gave great advice, use text to communicate for efficient response times, presented all possible options and outcomes, weren’t pushy sales people. I didn’t pay for a service call possibly because I am so close by (5 mins away). The installer was professional and courteous as were all the other people I interacted with. Can’t say enough nice things about this team of people! Literally over night service - I could go on and on:). Highly recommend them!

Have be going to them for the past 30yrs, never will I go any where else. Pls dont retire, so friendly, prices are amazing, vaccum is like brand new. Cant tks you enough.

My Kenmore vacuum cleaner Powerhead, which I have used for many years, was damaged for two years. I was helpless and didn’t know where to repair it. I found Vacworks on the Internet two weeks ago. Thank you, Lorne, for the professional diagnosis of my vacuum cleaner at a reasonable price. His service was first class, he was professional and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. His service was also very fast; I got my appliances back the next day. He not only repaired the damaged parts, but also exceeded my expectations and cleaned the inside and outside of the powerhead, as if it was brand new. Thanks again Lorne for your help. I would sure recommend you to everyone.

I needed service on a very old central vacuum part. I walked in with it and it was done immediately and efficiently. Friendly and not pushy. Glad to have such a good repair shop in my neighborhood.

Great service, Kyle is professional, answered all my questions, was very thorough and was able to install next day himself! Just a really good guy who didn’t rush things or try to push extra products, left the place clean. His prices are reasonable and most importantly I thought he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely recommend this place.

Gong Show of an operation!

I called in the morning, seemed super friendly. I was told there is someone in my area who can come within 45 mins. Waited for 3 hours called back, was put on hold for long time hung up. Called back no one answered. Call again was put on hold for 7 mins. So I hung up and called back. I was told they were super busy and no one can come today. Not sure why this was not communicated in the first place, or a courtesy call to reschedule would have been appriciated

This company is truly exceptional and gold star for customer service. Professional, honest advice and care. Thank you Marlene, Lorne and Greg. I love the new vacuum and thank you for fixing the pipe setup so it's all tucked away.

Got my central vac replaced and was so pleasantly surprised by the service I received- so professional, friendly and efficient! Over the pandemic it seems that service levels went downhill everywhere. Not for these folks. When they finished the installation I just thought- WOW, THIS HOW THE SERVICE SHOULD BE!
