Worst customer service ever. My mother and I were the only ones in the store. We had an appointment. The employee never pulled the dresses I asked for. She was rude and ignored us. She didn't get clips to hold the dress on. My mother had to go find her and ask for some. She was pushy. This was my first time trying on dresses and it was the worst experience ever. I left in tears because I was so upset with how I was treated. I do not recommend this place to any bride.

When someone says "you either have to come back so we can make this just right or we're ordering dinner" you know that you're in very good hands. Aimee made sure I had the dress of my dreams. The dress came in with plenty of time, alterations were reasonable and well done, and the entire experience was enjoyable and comfortable. I went to all the top shops in Toronto beforehand and found that Valentina's selection, service, and pricing was by far the best. Would highly recommend!

I had the best time last night with Simona, i felt as if she was my fairy dress godmother lol. She was so sweet, didn't pressure me one bit, and made me feel like family. After countless dress shops including The Modern Bride and other big name bridal companies to no avail- I tried my luck at Valentina Bridal & Couture and i'm sooo glad i did! Simona actually ended up picking out my dress for me after telling me from the jump how good she thought it would look.i said why the heck not? And of course she was on point.

Not only are staff amazing, but the prices here are unbeatable!

I just bought my dress here and they were amazing. So many beautiful dresses, very welcoming and friendly, made me feel super comfortable.

This is an amazing shop! I went shopping with my friend to help her find a wedding dress on Oct 6,2023. Amy, the owner, understood exactly what she was looking for and immediately pulled out the perfect dress for her. It was very reasonably priced and well made.

It’s not just about finding a dress, it’s the memory of the moment and the people around you helping you try on dozens of dresses. The staff at this store are one of a kind! They are so kind, helpful and make you feel so welcome no matter what you are visiting for! I am so glad I purchased from this store, they made everything super easy, there were no hidden fees and they were great to get ahold of!

I ran into the owner of the store at the grocery store 3 months after I purchased my dress and she remembered me by name…. You don’t find that type of service anymore!

Amy is an incredible woman and business owner - she demonstrated confidence and positivity as she helped three of my bridesmaids (and I) find dresses for my special day. She was patient, kind, and considerate as I contemplated several dresses (upwards of 20, maybe).
Once I made a decision, I turned around and purchased a different one within a day or so. I know I was a difficult client, and Amy and her staff were patient and resilient with me as I struggled to determine what exactly I was looking for.
She had plenty of knowledge one can only get from years of experience working in the industry. Her words of encouragement will not be forgotten, and I greatly appreciate how easily she recommended accessories and veils, shoes etc.to compliment my final dress choice. She went above and beyond making/receiving phone calls from my bridesmaids and I in attempt to confirm dates for final dress fittings and pick-ups, etc.
Thank you Amy, and your staff, for all of your hard work and for the compassion and caring you have shown me and my girls! My special day will be made even moreso because you've helped me find the dress of my dreams!

I will recommend this place to everyone I know! First, I was an hour late for my appointment and she was so understanding about everything and proceeded to help me find dresses and was so welcoming to myself, my mom and my sister. It was such an amazing experience here, I said yes to my dress and she made it so much more special for me. I was honestly grateful she was added to my experience. Highly recommend!

Aimee was amazing! She is so client care focused and honed into the needs of the bridal party. The patience, the kindness, the personal care to ensure we had an amazing experience.all of it was amazing. Would recommend 10/10!

Earlier last week, I was shopping with my daughter for her dress and my dress as well. The entire experience here was personal, efficient and the team at this store is absolutely amazing, they are so knowledgeable in styles and alterations and they took the time to answer to all our questions just so we know from the beginning what to expect. My daughter got to try more than 15 styles over an 1.5 h (where nowhere else they will let you try so many) and Simona was compassionate, supportive and kind during this time.
5 stars is not enough for this store!

I’ve been wanting to visit Valentina’s for ages because of the beautiful dresses that are always in the shop’s window. However, when I finally made an appointment, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. The dresses carried by Valentina are truly stunning, but my consultant was a little pushy and I felt pressured to decide quickly. She also kept suggesting styles I had clearly
said I had no interest in. Ultimately, I found the right dress at another boutique.

Great pricing on dresses, however the people helping us we're very annoying and pushy. When someone would say something they sometimes cut us off or would make it seem like what we said was not true or was irrelevant. They also weren't clear on what a mermaid vs a fit and flare was. This was not a great experience and actually deterred the bride from wanting to buy her dress here - even though she found one she loved.

Amazing store, the staff and the owner are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very happy with an absolutely perfect experience buying my most recent MOH dress at this store.

When we bought our dresses, the owner said to my sister (the bride) something along the lines of she could order in the dresses we wanted, but we did have the option to buy them online from the site because she would charge us a little bit more due to the fact that she didn’t usually carry this particular dress or something like that.

I want to make two points:

She as a small business owner, is so transparent when she deals with people because in todays society when people (psychos) are so quick to business bash and ruin your reputation on social media when they have one poor experience (probably a misunderstanding) you need to be extremely clear with people. I so appreciate her honestly and transparency.

I will GLADLY pay pretty much any amount of money extra and will go out of my way to support a small business owner. I’d personally rather not live in a society where my only options are Amazon & Walmart (barf).

My bridesmaids got their dresses at Valentina and we were so happy with the selection they had to offer. Aimee was absolutely spectacular! Each time we met or emailed she was extremely accommodating and patient! I am so satisfied with the service we received the girls and I all love how the dresses looked on the wedding day!

It was completely effortless to find my wedding dress with Simona. I showed her the dresses I was interested in, we discussed venue and desired style. I was able to try on as many dresses as many times as I wanted. I was grateful for her time and additional pulls because the dress I ended up loving was very different from what I originally envisioned. I had a wonderful experience and can't wait for alterations!

I loved my gown and the service was great. The selection isn't humongous, but I liked the small shop feel, and had everything I needed. I would recommend this business to other brides or people looking for gowns for special occasions.

Had a wonderful experience start to finish at Valentina. Not only was the team super helpful in helping find the dress of my dreams, but the alterations were perfect. If you're looking for a shop that cares, this is a good one.

Simona helped me try on 15 dresses on my very first appointment. The store has very reasonable priced dresses with a lot of styles available. Within the 1.5 hour appointment I booked, Simona helped me pick out all the styles and options I was interested in and with her experience I was able to narrow it down to three dresses in the end of my appointment.

Simona was so patient, experienced, and of great help to me all the way through. Also, she gave me great advice on the vail and helped me pick out the perfect match to the dress. She gave me great discount on the veil as well. The store does modifications on the dress after the delivery and they can do pretty much everything based on my needs. Now I am just waiting for my dress to be delivered with confidence that my wedding day will be perfect with this dress.

I was so impressed with Valentina Bridal & Couture! I procrastinated getting my wedding dress, and left it until last minute. They worked with me to find me something off the rack, then tailored it to a perfect fit! As a very anxious bride they kept me calm. Friendly, patient, great communication. I only went to one bridal boutique because I knew after walking in I had to get my dress from here!

This place was AMAZING. Every other place had a limit to the amount of dresses I could try on, when I walked in they let me choose ANYTHING from the racks to try on even if it didn't match what I originally had said I wanted. I think I tried on 15 dresses in under an hour, they didn't rush me at all they. They were very well informed about the designers, costs, & the amount of time it took to get everything in. They also do their own alterations! Their customer service is exceptional EVEN when I canceled my order (I got cold feet) and then asked for it back two weeks later. They were so nice and helpful through the entire process! Thank you so much Valentina Bridal for making the process so smooth and stress free!

Didn't like that we had an appointment but had to stand as other people ran over their time. No privacy from other parties. However, the dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced. SHE SAID YES TO THE DRESS. Didn't like the oversell to purchase a vale. Over all, was a very good experience tho.

Bought my beautiful wedding dress here! I was able to try on many dresses, they have a huge selection to choose from! They worked with my budget, didn’t try to increase it which I appreciated a lot, they gave me honest opinions and really catered my needs! I felt so comfortable and happy!
