The sale person name is Jazmine, she tall black girl with glasses Jan 2,2022 around 5pm. I had a really bad interaction with this sale person. She's rude, bad attitude and doesn't know how to sell.

I brought a nice pair of heels from this store it was lovely experience here jasmine was really nice with us and she was so polite as well only thing i didn't like here there was no birthday discount or any complementary gift they should have something like that as well overall good experince

Very bad customer service by one of the sales rep here. She asked very personal questions and had such a ugly expression on her face while dealing with us.

Erin, the associate who was assigned to take care of my needs had my preference already prepared and ready for me. Our experience today was amazing! Our appointment was private. Purchased a pair of sandals AS A GIFT a year ago. Size was wrong and they were supposed to get back to me as they ”ordered one for me”
It's been a year now and no one even bothered to pick up their phone.
Thats a ”next level” customer service for such a brand!
Very disappointed!
