Valley Water Supply

Great reliable supplies of filtered water in town. It provides additional services, such as bottle supplies, bottle replacement, bottle wash and 24/7 water filler beside the main office. Outside water filler is the cheapest but it only takes coins (loonies). Inside is $0.50 more and it takes machine payment. They also provide Purolator shipment and receiving services. It's pretty straight forward customer service. They also sell other water related things, but on the pricey side.

Used to talk about how great this company was now I have nothing but negative to say. The lady in the office is horrendous, constantly making mistakes and blaming thw customer and then trying to charge for their mistake! Asked for the house to be filled and they topped up the pool (only 2 weeks after getting it filled, so it was full already) then when we called she blamed us said no you said the pool which we did not, then wanted to charge the price to fill the pool as if it was empty but it was full. She called back like an hour later after checking the message we left which clearly said we needed a fill for the house and then changed their mind. Later accused of not paying when we did but is was cash so we couldn't prove it so had to double pay and paid by cheque from then on. It really is just awful customer service, which is sad to say because the delivery drivers were always great, just that lady in the office that drags thw whole thing does, if you can't do your job then don't and definitely don't blame the customer for your mistakes. There is more than what I have said but I couldn't be bothered to waste more time writing it, point is would not recommend at all.
