Recently had a large window and patio door removed and replaced. Every step of the process was handled very well - from getting the quotes and measurements to the installation, everyone was polite, respectful and did their part quickly and well.a few years ago we had a remodel of our bathroom by another contractor, and while we enjoy the final effect, the workers tracked dirt and debris into our home and left a big mess. Not with Valley Window and Door. The workers laid down a walking path mat and did an excellent clean up afterwards. I am very, very pleased with the work. Thank you.

If we could give zero stars, we would. Had Mike come measure and quote windows for both professional install and self install. He came twice to measure. We ended up ordering inserts, which should install quite easily (husband has done this before). Instead they were measured too big to fit in frames and the company said this is the way they measure them and the only solution they were willing to do is to return them. There was no resolution for their mistake! Disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Professional and high quality work on our new front door. Followed up after the job was completed due to a defect on a digital lock and they replaced and installed it with a new functional unit. Impressed with the quality of the product and service provided by their team.
