This is our favorite playground and splash pad. It's about a 20 minute drive for us but it is well worth it! The playground area has rubber flooring, the splash pad is fairly big and there is a nice gazebo with picnic tables so parents can sit in the shade.
I wish all playgrounds can be like this.

Beautiful park with a great size soccer field for teenagers or smaller children. It’s also got a few parking facility.
