I must say I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from these people are wonderful.
I am a regular customer and they are wonderful people very helpful and know their products well. Very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back! I give them a 10 out of 10!

Came in one day and the employee was great but was visibly distressed as she was being sick to her stomach and she had been forced to still come in. Seems like a not great place to work!

There’s a gentleman that works there who’s VERY knowledgeable, he also is a very dedicated team member. If you want amazing service, go in when he’s working and you won’t be disappointed. The environment is extremely friendly, despite the two negative comments below. Also management is great!

Great value for your money. Spoke with a guy there who really seemed to know his stuff. Helped me with selections as well as updating me on newest products. 10/10 would recommend this for anyone who's starting or the everyday user.

Came in the other day, the girl working was very helpful and friendly but looked visibly distressed and disoriented. Had to excuse herself as she was not feeling well at all but was still forced to come into work. Doesn’t seem like a good work environment at all.

Great prices, but horrible customer service. The woman working there who pretends to be a manager needs to find another career choice cause working with the public isn't from her.

Looking at all the other reviews, clearly this isn't a new thing either. I'm cheap and will always try to save a buck; but I would rather spend a few extra dollars than to shop here again.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I HAD AT THE CANNABIS STORE.
Went there few times before whenever i come down to Windsor and this time i met with the employee with curly black hair, tall and skinny.
She was rude and when I asked my first question nicely she didn’t explain well and kinda give me a look for asking that question about one of the vaporizer which she shouldn’t when the customer is asking her nicely.
And i wanted to leave and asked for the pre-rolls. She didn’t have the patience and She was Rude Rude. I asked her a question and her reply was very condescending, said “r u taking that or not”without knowing what is what i do not want to buy for sure. I asked her do u have any problems. She laughed and looked away:) I told her i am done and wont buy anything and i left.
I called to the store to talk to manager. She answered the ph and told me she is the manager but she didn’t tell me it was her and ofc I remember the voice i just talk with. Should do sth or u guys will just keep losing ur loyal customers:)

Went in for a cartridge hoping they'd have what I wanted. Not only did they not have enough carts, but there was this tall afro-haired lady that seemed like she had it out for her customers. I mean she reeked of putting people down (I assume she thinks it's because of her height, but I'm not sure).

She really needs to think twice about finding work in the Marijuana industry with an attitude like that, where everyone's chill and not uptight?

I HIGHLY suggest the Discount Cannabis 70 seconds across from this store, since (from my experience) they're more friendlier, chill, and a few cents cheaper

Bought a product, called and asked a question they told me to utube it and hung up not even a good bye.

I am a walk-in customer a few times a month for flower, I find what I need at good prices and the staff has been helpful.

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE! The staff got mad at a foreign customer because he was speaking a foreign accent, when I came to my turn I was faced with nothing but disrespect and aggression from the other customers interactions.

Decent prices but they don't always have what they advertise online in store which is furstrating and misleading. They also usually don't have anything close to what they offer on their website.
