I dont know other people who have bad experience here are real people or scammers.honestly i have good experience here.i went today to rent a car for a week because my car is to machenic because it has transimission problem.then i didnt know if my credit card cover rental insurance i purchased insurance from them.after i left i realized my credit card covers rental i went back to cancel there insurance and cover through my credit card imagine how. Much work need to be done.but the
Guy did it for me.while i was there my mechanic told me my car will be ready.then i have to cancel renta for a week to one day the guy cancel for me without being rude or angry.i real have good experience

BEST PRICE AND THE BEST CARS. I've used these guys several times when mines in the shop because they have the best price in town. They also have all new, clean, sporty little cars with every available option. I've also been thinking to ask about buying one they're done with it. Great service, they've come picked me up and dropped me home when necessary!

Had to rent a car for a couple of days as mine was in shop. Only went to work and back once. On my way home eastbound on the 401 a stone hit the windshield. You would think a rental company would cover that as it's not my fault. But no. That's just bad customer service if you ask me. If I had "busted the windshield" like they said, I would gladly pay for it. But I tiny stone flew at me and chipped the windshield of a 2022 elantra and its over 400 to fixing. I think someone needs to learn that stuff appens and return business is a good thing
But at value they don't care about people it's all about money.

Horrible experience. Not cooperative with their customer and put pressure to buy insurance.

I haven't been spoken to so rudely by service providers in a loooong time. I read reviews saying they were rude but thought it was just reviews. It's not just reviews. They are super super RUDE! I've never used them before but a friend recommended them so i thought to try. I made a reservation on their website on Tuesday for pick up on Saturday morning and I got an email confirming the reservation. Instincts made me call them on Friday morning just to further confirm, and they very rudely told me they dont book cars for a single day trip on long weekends. That information wasn't on their website, and they had even sent me an email confirming the reservation. And now, a day to my trip, I suddenly have to go find other means of transportation. The lady i spoke to on the phone was so rude, and then transferred the phone to Bruce who just as rude. I notice they tend to reply customers who leave unfavorable reviews here in a rude manner. Waiting.do your thing.

Not only are the Value folks rude, they also lie. We had absolutely no conversation about a credit card at all, but their reply below says they asked for a credit card. I have credit cards, and would have gladly used one of them to make the booking if they had asked. They flat out told me they only rent cars to those who would pay more on long weekends. Also, when i spoke with them over the phone, they admitted they didnt have the information about their long weekend restrictions on their website, they now come here to claim they had it on their website. This business obviously lacks morals and principles. Glad there are other alternatives like the Turo app where I got a nice car and a very nice customer experience. If you need a rental car and dont want to risk getting an awful customer experience, consider using other rental car companies, or the Turo app, or trekking, or even cancelling the trip, before you consider using Value Car & Truck Rental.

Just horrible service, aggressive and condescending.never again. Dont waste your money people

I did not know about this place until last week, hope I had known sooner. Great prices and exceptional service. Laina was so nice and the car they rented was also in great condition. Thank you Value rental.
