Rahul is outstanding. As soon as I entered the place, you gave me the right informa tion that I was looking for. I was with Fido and was paying $53 plus the taxes without a phone, and you advised me to go switch to Rogers with $50+taxes, including 100gb data and a new phone. The best part is I don't even have to return the phone. You transferred everything from my old note 10 plus to my new phone, and you made my day. Outstanding service comes less often, and I would love to give you 10 stars if possible. People should come to you always for their phone related needs. Also, the ambiance of the store is fabulous, far better than any other phone people in the mall. Thanks a lot again.

I bought a phone from them last week and I wasn't working with my son card. Turns out the phone is stolen and has been black listen. I spent over 200$ for that phone. He told me the phones weren't used, so obviously that was a lie

Wastage of time to visit there and staff named Avneet having zero commitment towards customers. Really fed up from the services. She committed all the things but did nothing. Always there is one reply we cant do anything u need to call customer care, then why u guys are serving at stores if every solution is with customer care. Initially they were very good when i visited Ist time after that they dint even pick the call and responded in person

Bad bad bad! I needed a screen replacement and a battery change. They told me the battery was changed, after checking I found out the battery is still the same! I talked to the technician, he said he “forgot”! No problem, I waited, came back, checked the phone, it works. I leave, an hour later my phone starts acting up, the power button won’t respond and the phone keeps showing the power off screen. I was home already. Waited a couple of days until I could find time to go back. Couldn’t even lock the phone screen. Had to use assistive touch to get it to lock. I went back, they told me something is broken and it’ll cost me more and that the technician who “forgot” to put my new battery in, was “FIRED”. If I want my phone fixed they can give me his address! I refused, after a little talk they said they would fix it. I still have the receipt, but my phone isn’t fixed, they asked me to go back the next day because they don’t have the part. They fixed my screen but broke my power button! Unprofessional service, lack of experience, bad bad bad!

The guy who was working when I went in has no idea what customer service even means. I can't believe he is even employed. He's rude, arrogant and did nothing to try and help me. He made a mistake and wouldn't acknowledge it or try to fix it. I wish I could give them a negative rating as I think 1 is too high for them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Arjuunn named person was asked by my mother for a deal and he tried to send us somewhere else as he was busy holding his girlfriends hand at his workplace. I was told that their system is down. Although it was their duty to serve the customer but this guuy enjoyed talking to girl sitting next to him. Could be a girlfriend or whatsoever but at least have sense that youre at work not at your place. Irresponsible staff and he started threatening for security when asked to give us a deal rather than talking to his friend.he replied hes the boss. W T F why would companies hire such an idiots who doesn't even care about business.used to be my favorite place for deals but trust me not anymore

I wish I could rate this place with negative rating. This is probably the worst place one could go to get any kind of service. I went there to get my phone fixed. They told me it will cost me $160 and would take one hour. When i wen to get my phone the technician Sagar asked me for 165 and locked my phone in such a way I couldn't;t check it. I waited and checked my phone and the touch was not working. Went to him and asked him to fixed and he asked for another day. Went next day and he gave me my phone as it is saying he can't do anything. When I asked for refund he told me he could get my phone exchanged from Apple just like that but when I insisted for refund he acted like he is doing some kind of favor by returning my money. He simply couldn't fix the problem and he was being so arrogant and he even installed some another broken screen in my phone which was broken that I had to pay more for it's repair. If you have to get your phone repaired from from non-company store, I'd really recommend going someplace else. This place is just a waste of time and your money.

Arjuun is the one who's selling fraud deals. This place is full of mess and they deleted my previous feedback and I would have to review again since it is my moral duty to make people aware about this place.this guy is not taking it as a job rather as his place. More than anything they're busy in their own chemistry. Quit the job and stop deleting my reviews. Worst customer service ever experienced and would not recommend anyone to go to them. Depending on who is working they won't let you go in and pay your Chatr bill. He will lie and say the system is down.and tell me to go to a convenience store. However two other times I have gone in and paid my bill and told the guy what the other dude said and he's like really I don't know why he said that. If you were the guy working the shift today, July 31st around 3 pm. You are a MORON!

Pure fraud! They gave me a outdated phone and returned it a few days later when I insisted. The guy who was working that day was calling himself manager and din't even disclose that the new phone comes with free credit which I got to know by fido. I complained to the mall authorities and want this incident to be dealt accordingly by the management! Yehhh for god sake not by the store manager he is involved in it and took my money & credit.
