Great place to park! I always prebook online. They are somewhat pricey compared to parknfly but so easy to get to and from the airport! Just park, jump on the monorail train to the airport terminal. No waiting for a bus. I highly recommend for an easy and convenient place to park.

Very expensive but super easy to find your car. Had issues leaving after I'd paid, but sorted it out in short order.
Last time I parked outside in the lot I needed a $600 windshield when i got back to my car. So there's that

If you are an airport staff please be careful and don't park here even accidentally.
Staff parking is at Value Parking LOT.
If yu even park accidentally you will end up paying 30$.

I recently had the opportunity to use your parking services at Toronto Pearson, and I must say that I was disappointed with the high cost of parking. The prices seem quite steep, and I did not feel that the value I received was commensurate with the price.

As a frequent traveler, I am always on the lookout for affordable and convenient parking options. Unfortunately, my experience with your service did not meet my expectations in this regard.

I urge you to reconsider your pricing strategy and explore ways to offer more competitive rates to your customers. I believe that doing so would not only benefit your patrons but also help to improve your reputation and attract more business.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A bit pricy especially if you park for more than 24 hours.

I parked for about 36 hours and $67 I was charged.

Pros - the monorail to the terminal is super convenient and it's cheaper than the other parking. Cons - it still costs your first born child's soul to pay for parking here.

Indoor park n fly facility. Very easy to get to both terminal 1 and 3 with the convenience of a tram.

It was fine. It is conveniently located, but the last two times I've been there, parking was sparse. It's also rather expensive.

Is great for the airport, get the train over to the terminal and avoid the hassle of driving to the termial parking. Still eye wateringly expensive as you'd expect from one of the most exorbitant airports in the world

Great experience parking here for our 1 week trip. No waiting for the shuttle and garage is covered and safe. It is a bit of a trek from the terminal and you have to catch the link train, so it is a haul with tired kids in tow. Also, we had a trouble scanning out with our phone- maybe because it was super cold the night we arrived. But I'd recommend, nonetheless.

Convenient for parking but very expensive.it's convenient in 2 ways - it's close (take the tram in, many airport employees park here) and it's covered so good for winter. Paid 116 for 4 days after the westjet discount (linked from WestJet site). Which honestly after gas and all that was more than an uber both ways for most ppl that live in a 50-60km radius of the airport. There are much cheaper options that shuttle you in. Also not sure about 'value' given these prices, and website is old, slow and hard to use. The actual in/out service was ok. But given the high price and old shoddy tech, probably will not use again or as a last resort.

Horrible lot. So messy. Stairwell had garbage and homeless people were sleeping in one staircase.
Pretty sad how downhill Pearson has gone, GTAA I am not inpressed

More than three separate occasions the employee side of the parking lot is out of any Parking tickets at the front gate and during rush hour you have to reverse and go through a different gate because of this and it’s a big hassle with a big lines of cars waiting behind you and no employee to assist. Hopefully GTAA can solve this problem

Overall, the garage offered convenience.

Switch Health uses it for passengers flying out of Toronto Pearson airport for COVID Testing.

Switch Health has two locations in the garage; 1st level drive-thru, and 3rd level is their office.

I had the first appointment of the morning and it was a bit confusing because no one was there to support it (it was also -12 degrees outside). I waited there in my car for 35 minutes even after calling their Customer Support Office number to let them know I was here in the parking garage waiting.

Switch Health does validate your parking.
Give yourself at least two hours of extra time as appoints are slow and the processing time for the results can take up to an hour or more.

There's a covid testing facility located here, run by 'SWIFT'. For a private, for-profit company they have a LOT of room for improvement by way of posting clear signage directing people to the street level of a PARKING GARAGE.

Good amount of space and easy to enter/exit. Overall excellence in terms of construction, built, entrance, structure and signs.

Total scam to have to go here to get a covid test, only to have to pay 28$ five minutes later to leave. Absolute rip off
09 November 2021 18:15
There’s now a covid testing centre in the parking garage. The signage is not clear and if you make a wrong turn, you have to go out and back around and back in. Otherwise it’s easy to enter and exit the garage. The price is good and it’s a tram ride to the terminals.

It is very empty as the Polar-Drive is located here. With covid - it has not been busy for parking.
28 September 2020 0:03
It is accessible easily from airport road and highway.spacious parking.now a days its deserted due to covid19. Not a comfortable scene to see empty space once jam-packed with cars.
17 June 2020 14:35
Air Canada and others airport employee parking. Parking here at times become a difficult and time consuming job.
17 February 2020 10:02
Terrible parking solution for employees. Always too full and no system in place to show parking vacancies on each floor. The 5th floor barriers should be pushed into the passenger side as it’s usually empty.also bad elevator for second floor parking (only 2 elevator access instead of 4)
17 June 2019 14:43
Please open up the 5th level parking. It is too cold out to not have the 5th level more available to the employees.
