For profit.went to get a couple things for halloween this year and they had two self check outs open, a teenager was running the self check out and was unable to help, watched the line get long and never called for help.very disappointed in value village.that poor girl was clearly not trained well

I'm not a fan anymore. Prices have gotten ridiculous (I saw something tagged for $2 that had a $1.25 dollarama sticker on the bottom). Having cash as the only option if you want a human to cash you out is a huge pain. I had mostly glassware, so being expected to cash myself out, as well as wrap it all up, just so I could pay with debit? More than mildly annoying.

Your pricing is getting out of hand.you are much more expensive than other second hand stores. I would like to see the 30 percent off come back. Your employees are very respectful and always greet me with a smile.

So my fourth time visiting the village and it keeps inviting me back, staff are so polite and the merchandise is always rotating i can shop daily and be guaranteed to find something new at good discount price!

Can be a fun store to purchase great items at a huge discount! Approx. 1/4 of my wardrobe is from there.

One of my favourite Value Villages as an avid thrifted. Spend some time looking around and you will ALWAYS find an amazing item. Great and friendly staff, well organized, and not too busy. Also has a great selection of kitchenware and art.

Been shopping here for trinkets for a while but man these guys are thieves! Off late, price of items has tripled including charging many times the original MSRP that'sisted on the labels that they don't even bother to look at.

Prices are getting a little steep, however, I enjoy the 2nd hand stores to look for that hidden treasure.

For profit - that's right they sell your donated items for money, and nothing gets reinvested into the community.

Store is dirty and service is mediocre. Lots of parking though.

Very simplistic showroom, easily find some nice clothing or nicknacks, they have a lot.

It's too bad it's a privately owned business now. It's not charity anymore.

The workers there are exquisite and extremely helpful in picking out outfits and what would match with your personality

Not really a thrift shop prices are ridiculous and really look at what you buy a couple dollars more you can buy item new too expensive
