Value Village

I always like thrift store cause you can find many valuable things for lesser price. It is lacated in stratford, for first time I was there and was Happy at the end of my visit. I found several luxory Items and some good Books at the store.

This store used to be really cheap but im finding that the pricing is getting kinda expensive.but the staff are super nice an aesome

Everytime I visit Value Village it's like Christmas shopping, but only having to buy presents for myself. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and you can't beat the prices!

First time going in. Needed some sweaters for my kids. Found a couple of great finds (under armor) for excellent prices. Lots of goodies in the store, will be back to look more. The self checkout area was easy to use.

Cashier check out not available. Very poor shopping experience because of this. Great items, but decided to not shop here ever again. Will look for used items on FB marketplace from now on instead and buy from people directly instead of giving money to a store that doesn't wish to provide customer service. And what happened to all these "jobs" the donations were supposed to create? Wrong on every possible level.

I always find something good when I shop here. My only complaint is that the baby clothes are all jumbled and I don't think anyone with a child under 2 doesn't have time to sift through the disorganized bins to find the correct size/colour they're looking for.

I had a fantastic time today finding goodies and I can't say enough about the manager Michelle's service and her helping me with a pain in the arse coupon and also the part time girl Abbie Sabas that really helped me out as well with a smile. Thanks so much.

Great place to drop by when in town to visit my sister but was not in town she was in Cuba I heard from her lovely nabor spending the inherited money she said she'd share with her brother and two other sisters.

Experienced one of your employees (young man) yelling at a senior woman who wanted to make an exchange. Finally they gave her money back and then he yelled at her to get out. This employee should feel ashamed. You need to train your employees on customer service. I will not be shopping here again.

Never going back to this store. Customer service terrible. Had to wait to do a return, even though there were 3 staff members walking around by cash. Terrible customer service. Two blonde ladies and a younger girl with weird color dyed hair. I drove half an hour to give a smaller town support and was treated badly. I work in retail so I understand what customer service should be like, but this was truly bad. I ended up walking out because when they finally opened another cash they took all the people behind me, none of which were doing returns!

You don't have change rooms.

I filled up an entire cart with clothing and got ready to walk towards a change room and instead I was told you got rid of them.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe you expect people to buy used clothing and they can't even try it on. I will not be shopping here anymore.

Overpriced used items. Organized but is not clean. Some clothing is covered in hair.
Shelves are dusty and dirty.

Found a few good shirts that I like, for a decent price. BUT the change rooms are gone now, so I won't mention how & where I tried them on. 4 of the 10 shirts I tried on fit, so I bought them. Now imagine if I had bought all 10 because I couldn't try them on: I couldn't have returned them, only gotten in-store credit. But there were no others that fit, so I probably would have just donated them back. So they can re-sell them and rip off the next guy. Also, there were some clothing items priced higher than their original price, new.

Value Village as a whole sells broken products and doesn't offer exchanges or in-store credit. They profit by selling your used broken products and do not stand for the customer but their greedy pockets. They have recently eliminated change rooms and now you have to take clothing home to then figure out it doesn't fit and then bring it back only for exchange. Wasting everyone's time. I will never be shopping at Value Village again. This is by no means against any staff members as they are all lovely people working for a horrible company.

Decent clothing options but no change room availability lost you a potential $80 sale today and potentially more in the future.
