They're the best. They attend to customers nicely and it's well organized. It's a 9/10

Dirty, over inflated prices and they've removed the fitting rooms so you can't try on clothes that you can't even return if they don't fit. It's a scam and a money grab. Never shopping here again until I can't try on clothes.

It's the prices that get 1 our of 5. They have gone up so much, they're selling dollar store items at higher than what you can buy them at the dollar store. Also, I bought a pair of shoes for my husband, name brand, for 34.99, so very expensive Merrells, and they fell apart on the first wear. They were bootleg, 100% cheap knock offs, and I paid that much. That's not fair at all, and nothing can be done. I've basically stopped going unless I need something very specific. Booo Value Village, booooo

2023 - Got denied refund from a non-exchanged item. Which isn't bad by any means. For the pricing, I got so many good deals from Value Village that I won't be bother with the $16 electronics. But a suggestion is to remove the no-exchange policy on electronics. Because the item is placed on a shelf with no additional information. If I went online and the seller don't place the correct information, I wouldn't have bought it. So to not properly research and label the item for sale just because VV is a local store is very deceptive. Buyer have to do the extra research, which they shouldn't. Overall, employees are friendly with an exception to one with an unnecessary attitude. The store is quite clean. Good location for clothes, decorative and stationary items.

T he staff is great, but value Village needs to lower some of their prices, when I've seen some products selling higher that what wall Mart and old navy sell the same product for, why buy those items at value Village, like I said staff is great lower your prices!

I know it's company policy, but without the fitting rooms it's just not gonna do it for most people. This one's a bit more picked over than others in the region as well.

Employee thought it was ok to grab my 4 year old special needs child by the arm and tell him "no running" I was 3 feet away and I'll handle my child myself. Employee lucky she still has her front teeth.
Furthermore the toy my son wanted was a broken toy truck, it was priced at 14.99. It was filthy and broken and should have been more like $2

Often the prices are equal to new retail pricing, and frustrating that they removed their changerooms permanently here in St. Catharines. (The Toronto stores still have changerooms). I am also disappointed that Value Village is no longer affiliated with the Canadian Diabetes Assoc. ; Value Village used to make donations to them based on the amount of materials received. I don't know what charity they are now connected to.

Prices are relatively high.and NO electronic items are 'tested'. Though there is testing area there but how can someone know that a computer keyboard is working or not.and most of electronics/electric items are not replaceable

Value Village is a FOR PROFIT business that displays a MAJOR lack of concern for selling damaged, broken, or chipped items. There prices on any brand named USED clothing are ridiculously expensive too. Not like it used to be.

Some products are even more expensive than brand new ones. I feel they mark prices randomly, beause some prices don't make any sense. They got everything for free from donations, but it is not a nonprofit business.

This place has a Lil bit of everything. A neat thrift store for clothes, toys, household needs and everything in between! It also has Halloween costumes for that time of year used and new!

It's a great shopping experience all around! Fair prices, friendly staff and the lineups are not huge. Worth a visit!

BEST V V IN THE NIAGARA REGION. GREAT STAFF AS WELL ALWAYS HELPFUL. GREAT PTICES AND DISCOUNTS IF YOU ARE A REGULAR. I GO ONCE A WEEK LOOKING FOR TREASURES.

A place for some good finds but the prices are quite terrible unless you get lucky and really only worth it if you have a coupon to use. Too often are men's shoes far too worn on the sole to actually be worth buying.

All good. Drop offs easy. Don't douch shopping, but I did find what I was looking for.
