They put out ripped clothes for sale with high price, this location is not good I would not recommend

Value Village became extremely expensive! They have no sense of decency or pride. Please are donating stuff and to resell it for a high price is just stingy. Where is generosity?
The smell in the store is just disgusting, my family can't even spend a minute there. Running from the store like crazy. Whatever the Value Village is washing it or spraying it with, it's poisonous! We stopped going there for a while now, told all our friends, relatives and acquaintances not to shop there! STOP POISONING PEOPLE! REDUCE PRICES, SHAME ON YOU!

It’s the fabulous find for me.
U find nice accessories and guess what I bought high end perfume here and it was genuine.
This is my go place every weekend and if u love interior design u gonna get something unique for your decor

Absolute joke prices are ridiculous, for items that should of went straight in the trash. Whoever is pricing these items is smoking crack. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

The items sold there are a hit or miss, Needless to say still better than other locations.

Your standard value village experience. Selection constantly varies, this location is a decent size.

Had a great experience. Was able to find a couple of great treasures (board games). Line up took a bit of time, but it was ok because the two ladies were ensuring each customer was good to go and careful with their purchases (wrapping them, etc.). A good location.

Value village sells used bedsheets at $12.99 and duvet at $24, that are more expensive than brand new products.

Always liked this store. Worked here a very long time ago as a student, lots of things changed throughout years but still lots of interesting items that can be found here. Highly recommend

Staff is really helpful. Place is spacious enough for people not to bump into one another. But still.product selection and quality were not good!

Salvation army is better because they don't take tax and isn't that expensive, and once they gave an Ikea plate for $3 but a new one from Ikea is $1.
I recommend not buying or donating to here.

They're also getting rid of their change rooms.
I'll go to thrift stores that allow me to try on clothing.
It would be ok if they gave a full refund but its exchange only. Don't know who came up with this new concept. Ridiculous.

This location is not not frpofit priced. Selling chipped frames for 24.99 which they got free. I know there is a cost to run the place but this place is jacking up the price for some private pocket. For sure.

I had some donations to drop off yesterday (August 25th) and was met with the kindest worker named Ricardo. Ricardo saw that my items were heavy for me and brought the bin to me, which was so helpful. This was the best customer service I've experienced and I hope to see him again. Thank you!

Clean store, found a lot of nice things at this location but the prices are way too high.y’all get stuff donated for free.i bet that in few more years value village stores are gonna go out of business

I donated boxes of clothes, dishes purses and shoe to this location. They have large bins in the back to makes it easier to drop-off.

Nice large, well lit and organized. Prices are way up from before, almost at new Walmart prices. You have to think about that when your boiling the clothes to get the varmints out of them.lots of work.

Great place to find used items at a fraction of the regular prices. Some items are in really pristine condition.

Extremely overpriced. Some stuff is cheaper in the department store than here.

They are getting their stuff for free and they decide to make more profit than big brands.

Things you will hardly find anywhere. From Lord of the rings original books to vintage video cameras and for very cheap price.

Good little store just wish they would open two hours earlier on seniors day and also make it a kid free zone until noon that day

They have okay stuff, and the staff is helpful but the store is very messy and chaotic. I think it has more to do with the shoppers than the staff, but I can't say for sure.

Decent selections but the exit door is automatic while the entrance door is manual, 4 stars as there should be consistency for automation in doors

You have to be patient, but little gems are to be found every so often. A lovely ceramic canister, very wide pleated sheer curtains, a Limoges item which I use to hold grated Parmesan cheese.

The store is always neat and tidy and the the items are well organized. We've found some great gems here!

The place was large, clean, well-lit and a organized! Only downside is that it was busy, but that's probably because it's a great location!

Better prices compared to other Value Villages (namely the one at Victoria park and the one in Woodbridge). But it's still pretty high. $12 for a shirt from American Eagle. I saw the same shirts I've bought before, new for $15 during their seasonal sales. $3 savings.

I always find the best deals at the thrift store here, the staff is very friendly and polite, i go almost every week and theres always something new or barely used. My favorite find of 2020 was a Rebecca Mickoff crossbody for only $10.49 i jumped for joy. Can wait to see what I'll find next

Being a place where you go to save money, I find prices have increased at Value Village, many people are complaining about this. I donate items to Value Village, just like many people do. But for something they get for free, prices should not be so high.

At one time you could find a treasure in the household goods dept. & now it seems only the junk gets put out on the shelves. The prices have gone up wildly too. Items from the dollarama are priced @ 2.99 or more. I donate unused clothes here all the time and at one time you would get a card for 30% off. Seems everytime I finally find something I wanted, the thankyou for your donation cards are expired? Too bad we lost Goodwill!

I like VV's that have a manned donation center so one can quickly exchange your box of items for the coupon. I can never find this convenience at this location nor did I find what I came for and went on a wild goose chase when the cashier told me that the item I was looking for was over
on a shelf when that wasn't true.
