DIRTY - this location leaves all their clothes on the floor, doesn't organize or clean up and when you bring something to the cash like this they don't help you.

Manisha the supervisor was very difficult and refused to even discuss the matter - she pointed to the store and the floor and how everything was on the floor and I said that's not right is it?

This is pathetic - this is a donation store not a designer resaler store - how dare you use charity to line your own pockets without consideration? !

Value village has really changed.

Avoid this one to save money, time and stress

Bad service.
The workers incloding the manager are very rude.
No customer service.
This place have to change the attitude of the staff.
Don't buy from this place!

Self checkout system is not very efficient. Only 4 stations and 2 customers had issues. The cashiers weren't available/only one was available when the store was busy.
Some of the items in the store were really dirty. It's unfortunate we cannot test if the electronics still work or not.

Reasonable prices.

Prices are higher than they should be and there's no change rooms at the moment. Would come here as a last resort.

Good location, good prices, very clean and mostly organized. Some of the sizing was a bit all over the place but the staff does the best they can with customers moving things around consistently

Great, helpful, friendly staff. You won't find too many antiques or vintage here most times. Only thing I must say is there are never enough products on shelves. For such a big community, it seems not many are donating, or maybe another issue?

Like other value villages very well organized. Love a place like this that accepts donations and can resell for a more than fair price. Sometimes you will find a real Jeff something that you might find online for a lot of money but you come here and might find it lightly used in very good condition for like 90% less. I found an Echo Show 5 2nd gen for $10 and it works and looking 100% perfect. I had a different location I was looking for a truck body for one of my radio control trucks they were around $300 on eBay. Found the absolute exact body I was looking for total luck but it was only $12.why four stars instead of five? Because of the smell. I'm sorry I know it's probably necessary because of all the clothes and the sanitizing or whatever but my goodness that smell

A wide variety of products, perhaps as an opinion to keep prices lower on certain products such as clothing. A very good attention by the staff that works in that place

My mom accidentally left a bag behind that she had purchased so she called the store. The next morning, she witnessed an associate sneaking it out to her car as she waited for the store to open

Store is filthy and disorganized. Staff is bad. No cashiers, no way to wrap up breakables you purchase.

I love it! Is my place to find treasures.

I dont have anything positive to say about this store.from constant ceiling roof leaks to overpriced items that keep going up to locked washrooms to rude staff.one in particular named Timmy whos a supervisor or production manager.he brushes off a question or concern like Im a nobody. I do have 1 positive interaction with the books/media worker girl there I think her name is Bree or Brie? Shes very pleasant and friendly! Id give her a raise lol The store gets a star because of her!

Taking in donations the process us fast & efficient. The staff is very helpful.
Shopping inside a bit less impressive; prices are over charged fir secondhand merchandise. Item with original store ticket $3.50 being sold for ValuVillg price ticket $6.99 why?

Some good finds to be had, if you shop regularly. There are "pickers" eho go regularly and take best finds (silverware etc.)

I love going to value village. But this one looked like a tornado had gone through it clothes all over the place. I travel to all different locations and this one by far was the worst.

A smaller Value Village location, conveniently located near Highway 400 and Highway 7, the quality of the merchandise is not that great.

The driveway leading to the parking lot is weirdly set up in front of the entrance. It feels like an accident waiting to happen.

This is an ok sized Value Village that has pretty wide aisles and is relatively clean. There are some ok stuff here but some products are overpriced and some stuff that are clearly garbage (see the empty bottle of maple syrup).

Lots of self checkout at this location. Didn't see any staff looking after the checkout area.

Like all value villages it's a roll of the dice on what treasure you will uncover.the location is clean and orderly, The staff are pleasant and are quick to help if you ask. Overall a good value village off of the 400 Highway.

Woodbrige location has best items selection. The manager Yulia very professional and helpful, and very friendly 5 star

Clean location friendly staff some nice finds to be had. Pricing is a little bit absurd however. Some of the items still retain the original price tags and value village sells higher that original sticker price

Best Value Village in Vaughan. Shoutout to Deborah and Yulia for their kindness and exceptional customer service.

Has a large turnaround of new stuff, would say this value village has some reasonable pricing, but some stuff is still very expensive for receiving the goods for free.

Huge line up, 2 cashier's. 1 was trying to do a return, the other was waiting for the manager.people were complaining but they didn't care. I put back my purchases and left

It is a terrible store to shop ️Bad customer service I have ever received. I wonder who hired the people who work there particularly one person who called Andrea She thinks she is the boss of the store

Huge collection of everything you need. Prices are great as well. This one is much better than the one in Brampton as their staff is rude (I don’t blame them) great collection on shirts active wear and pants

The place is nice and clean. But the "manager" (Andrea) is completely inhumane! She speaks like a computer that's programmed to say whatever it's filled with. We bought a jacket from another closeby value village branch and the policy says we can exchange it in ANY branch no questions asked. When she checked the jacket, she said it's mislabelled by the original branch (it says "light jacket" but should have been something else that she didn't mention, maybe "winter jacket"). So she said she has the right to send it back, and we said then do it! It's not our fault to have to drive all the way there because of a management issue (even though we were gladly willing to do it if she had been a little nicer with us). She said "I'M NOT RETURNING IT! " and tl turned away. She would only speak and not listen, as if she is a very important person who doesn't have time and the other people sheep. Well young lady, you can only be a successful manager when you learn how to listen first, be humble, respect all people, and resolve issues fairly and logically. I'm sure many people permanently turned away from this branch just because of your ill treatment.

As a customer, I like coming here. It's decently organized and the employees do a great job keeping everything in check. The lady that checked out my stuff was SO sweet and very helpful. My complaint is about how the employees are treated. They aren't allowed to buy any items within 48 hours of it coming out onto the floor, but I feel like it should be a perk that employees get first pick of new inventory. I think that the employees need to get treated better by the company. Especially since the employees are doing such an amazing job at this location.

Prices rival stores like Marshalls, Walmart, winners. Attitude of some staff including the Manager Julia is unmatched. Incredibly awful experience.

Cashier was screaming at us to get in queue 10 minutes before the store was closing.

This location sucks.

Value Village is worth visiting.you might find something that works for you at a fraction of the original price. I was looking for items to stage my home on sale and found some nice pictures and frames

Just donated to Value Village. A not-for-profit business focus on providing an excellent customer experience. The manager and staff are really nice and they made me feel good about helping others. After all its all about Paying it forward because we all are the beneficiary of a good deed at some point in our lives. And we all should repay that good fortune to others instead of just being the primary benefactor.

Great place and deals on things you can get for a bargain all so things not been used or slightly used chair on re coverd in like brand new

Prices are absolutely absurd I saw a pair of Jeans with visible stains on them for 12.99, nike shoes in very damaged condition for almost 20 dollars, and overall these prices are way too high for USED clothing this has to stop.

Please consider this review before you donate anything to any value village stores in the city. I was there today Wednesday February 24, I literally could not believe my eyes after seeing how much they ask for basic items clothing and especially toys like this. Used radio selling $45 on amazon have $25 VV price, used alarm clock selling $25 on amazon have $19.99 VV price, I warned the person who was going to buy, he thanked after I show him the price on amazon.
It is outrageous. And I checked the prices of these toys online selling cheaper than value village. Who do you think VV is, a high end store? Please my friends do not donate anything to VV, there are others.you could donate, Salvation Army, or offer as free on facebook people would come to pick up.

Great bargains for second hand clothing for Samantha Dufrane-Ford who lives not far at 8200 pine Valley. She was unable to pay her rent and a previous place so anything to help her save money is a good thing. Although she will probably skip out on her rent at her 8200 pine Valley location as well.

Love that they are open for donations 10am to 4pm every day! Has helped me clean my house a lot during the pandemic.

Alright location. Definitely could be better, but definitely could be far worse. The only reason I frequent here (at least before the lockdown) is due to the fact that there is a distinct lack of thrift stores in the Woodbridge area. CDs are usually ok, however it’s mostly the same as any other thrift store although there are a lot of CDs, so there is a greater selection than most. Once in a blue moon you’ll get a good haul of CDs and Vinyl, but don’t count on it. Location is mostly clean and some safety protocols are in place, however social distancing is non-existent there most of the time. If you need a thrift store in the Woodbridge area, and can’t go too far, this works well enough. I don’t particularly like the company’s business practises, and I don’t like giving my money to a massive corporation when a local business in the right place could do the job as good, if not better.

A pretty good selection of clothes and books. There's a good variety of brands, sizes, and styles for you to choose from. Everything is clean and well organized. The place is also spacious and bright. I enjoyed my visit here:)

This place gets free stuff and charges people 3 times the value of an item. Your better off going into the store next to it, called treasure hunt.

Their Covid practices are 5 Star! They made sure everyone had masks and distanced at the register, had screens and made sure folks stood behind. Everyone was friendly and their was an interesting selection. It’s a pretty large store.

Love this location! The staff here are particularly wonderful, this location is always full and of great finds.

Their tag machine is ruining the clothes! Just purchased two shirt and the tag machine has left holes in the fabric. They should really think of better ways to tag their items so they don’t ruin them!

The Woodbridge location might be the best in terms of item quality and as such is picked clean rather quickly.

Huge location with great selection. It was a little messy inside. Granted, all VV's probably are. Parking lot is a nightmare.

Terrible front end management. They have one cashier most of the time to handle large influxes of people, and only open a second cashier once the first line has reached 10+ people. Prices are reasonable, but the wait times are atrocious. Take an example from the Wilson store. Once there are 3 people in line, a second cashier opens without question.

Happy wait times = happy customers = more profit. Get it?
