A great place to go for used stuff. Variety of clothing and.just everything, well arranged and catagorized. Definitely worth a visit

Large selection of clothing, housewares, electronics, and sports equipment. Busy store during peak hours. Lots of parking.

Very expensive. Prices can be compared to any other clothing store. So why should we donate or buy from here.

Nice, tidy, bright and organized place. I had the chance to purchase new items (original tag present) that are unused and branded. Workers are calm and helpful.

Lots of interesting stuff there. It's a good place to go for people who love thrifting Do It Yourself (DIY) projects.

Price wise not competitive comparing the prices of the goods here it’s better to buy the brand new goods for store or online

Value Village gives a second life to things that may go into the garbage and land fills so it is good to take advantage of this when possible. This store was clean and organized and they followed covid protocols so the line up to get in was long. But once in then you can take your time shopping.
One thing to note is that there are no fitting rooms as they have been taken down due to covid

The manager is very rude and unhelpful. Her lack of customer service skills makes me wonder how she became a manager. Avoid her at all costs.

Found quite a few good items at this location. There have been a lot value villages with sky rocketed prices recently and this one was decently priced. Managed to get a couple of good work pants, some random basic work shirts. My Dad originally came looking for old Turntables, he had found a couple but they were not exactly what he was looking for so he ended up leaving with some sony headphones. Overall, I would return to this location again. I will say that this location could benefit from lowering some of their prices. I understand there is a pandemic and everything but mcdonalds Toys being sold at $5 when that's more than a Happy Meal seems unrealistic. And I also understand that I can't control what the prices are but a majority of these items are donated so when I see $100 for a Gamecube I start to question whether this is a thrift store or a swap shop. I would still recommend giving this location a shot. Most of these thrift stores have been overall okay. Better prices would mean more business in my opinion. There have been items that I have seen people pick up and put right back down because the item was overpriced.

I bought a electric kettle from here, the staff was nice and told me if kettle did not work they have 7 days exchange program. For clothing there is wide variety to choose from and for electronics its okay. Will visit this location soon.

I always find something I like from this location. I know people saying you should always go to a better neighborhood so you can find better stuff, but this location never fail me.

Very cooperative staff, they greet you as soon as you enter and are ready to help with any issue you have.

The best store i ever went this location is amaizing in every sense. I congratulate the manager and the staff that works there. I will definitely go back again.

Good for donating items you don't need anymore as well as getting bargain items for a fraction of their cost instead of buying new from brand stores.

Our favorite spot to buy second hand good stuff! The best that works for us. The area for kids toys were change, they put it near the cashier's. I think they did that purposely so that the parents won't leave their kids unsupervised. Good idea!

Always a good place to go when you're looking for that hidden gem. I walked in looking for a nice shirt, and walked out fully dressed, bottom up.

A nice location! Went here a few days ago and found quite a few gems! It was pretty well organized, clean and tidy. Cashier was helpful and accommodating!

So many great thrift finds if you take a little time to look. The staff are friendly and it's a great place to donate too. 4 stars because the books and toy section was so messy when we were there to look at the books. My daughter brought home some great reads!

I dropped in as I needed to read a Harry Potter novel for college. I can't comment on the rest of the store but the book section was arranged neatly and I found the book I needed and it was $1.80 so very happy.

Last time i went there every thing was super cheap and affordable but this time i went to shop for costumes everything went up by like 10 dollars so i had to leave. Really disappointed and the customer service is not that well either. One weave is for $10 like thats expensive. Dollarama is way cheaper and got better quality. I am never coming back here.

Dude it's a big one! Ended up buying a lot of stuff. Halloween section is pretty bomb. Book selection is meh but overall pretty good time.

This is a huge store. It is easy to move around. Parking is available.but the gems are not as good as my special other, store.

This store is heavily over picked, it is really tough to find anything of worth. Not the best choice is thrift stores. If you have to travel a great distance, this store will disappoint you. There are lots of clothes, but that is about it. There is free parking.

Value Village is a gem! Clean, excellent customer service! The racks are always filled and items properly marked for size and price! The discount for Seniors on Tuesday is such a blessing! Love getting "new to me" clothing, accessories and so much more there. A great thrift/second hand store!

It's a "thrift" store with "luxury" prices. I found a dress that costs less than 10$ brand new that was priced at 18$. Everything was over priced. Employees ok. Store was, overall, a mess.

I'm hesitant to buy items that are dirty. I found a hoodie and a t-shirt but didn't bother buying them: the hoodie had stains, tshirt actually had a small hole in the bottom & back. Not impressed, hopefully a better selection next time.

I ship there all the time. Although, they have an attitude especially Imran the manager who lies.overprices their used items and they don’t treat long-standing customers with any respect.

Store is neat and generally tidy and organized. They don't clean any of their items before putting it out for sale, so for example, there was rat excrement on one of their kitchen gadgets and others still had food particles on them. Some prices were a steal while other items were definitely unreasonable since you could get it new elsewhere for the same price or even less. Definitely hit or miss and you need to know what you're looking at. There seems to be regular turnover and you never know what you'll find.
