Could not believe the price of stuff I think they forget it is a second hand store everything was donated to them

This used to be really good. But now things are super expensive I kept looking at jeans that were almost the same price as new jeans.

Makes me sad

Compared to the goodwill this store is over priced and less selection! I find things very overpriced n

Value Village has always offered the most unique selection of everyday items!

Once in a while, I find an absolute gem!

The prices reflect politics.

They are becoming increasingly expensive for second hand products. Plus they are hiding pricing, like records placed in the $2.99 bid have hidden pricing within the interior jacket.

Unfortunately, I like this establishment less and less. Items are often over priced, and there are no returns - exchange only. Now that they don't have fitting rooms your locked in as soon as you buy. They donate to their local charities based on the weight of the items you donate, not a percentage of the sales of the items. So they are making BANK here.

I can buy some of the stuff they have on the shelves cheaper at Dollarama. Good selection of new costumes but most are overpriced.everything in the store is, really, especially previously used costumes.

For newbies who coming to Canada, go and buy jackets from this place, second hand jackets available for around 40$ which will cost u 170 to 300$ from other place like marshals and H&M. So if u r on low budget do visit these places.enjoy

Prices are getting outrageous. Clean and well organized. Cashiers could be more friendly in my opinion.

Love VV alot but their prices are getting a tad like the actual name brand stores you misewell pay full price for somthing that has not been used yet. But i still love going in and checking out what they have:)

Too expensive, they don't check clothes or items for damage, stains or rips. The only reason I give it a one is because they staff are usually friendly and nice,

I greet store were most the time anything you buy is agreed value. Books music clothing toys shoes Appliances cookware dishes silverware music tapes tapes C d's DVD's Hardcover books Soft cover books. Men's wear children's wear infant where And buy bags of stuff up to $3 To $5 Great location in the staff is very Friendly and courteous.

Found my current favourite skirt here! Affordable, fairly well stocked and separated in sizes. And they donate to charity!

It as been picked through so there's not much of the stylish desines I go there to find. The cashier mentioned that their new spring inventory should come out this week sometimes.

It's just as dirty as the clothes you get here. Wash them and the stuff you get and you'll be fine.

A lot of variety and all sections well organized. Friendly staff. And of course, helps the community, helps your bank account and helps the environment

Pretty good selection, but I wish the pants would have not just the waist but length markings as well. Seems easy, especially given that the store tag already shows the waist.so why leave out the other part? I mean c'mon.lol, who wants to be known as the "kid with too short pants" right?

Toys are more organized. Still wonder about the diabetes association with VV.how much are they really getting?

Enjoyed checking out the Christmas village houses bought 2 would have bought more if they were available. The store is fairly well organized although their electronics and furniture area needs work.

Saw alot ofnthing very over priced for getting stuff for free. Also originals price tags were cheaper then their prices

Large, clean store. And, mind blown, but the men's section was at the front AND had a TON of selection.

Such a great, welcomed change.

Staff was extremely friendly!

There stuff is overpriced for used goods. It's like the young kids that work there look up the Ebay or retail price and post that as the ticket price. If your board and looking to pass some time it's a good place to hit up or 4 a Halloween Costume. There is always that rare in the rough find tho Soooooo.

Cheep used and laundered close on a budget. This is not a not for prophet business the owners do make a profit

I'm not big on creepy Halloween stuff so I didn't really enjoy the store. I'm sure if I went again not around Halloween it would be a much more enjoyable place to visit.

Value Village,

Great location to shop on a budget for used clothing and house hold items. They have a wide range of items on the floor and are constantly adding more things each day.

If you're looking to get rid of old things you can also drop off at this location as well. So give back to your community today!

A large portion of the employees are really nice and polite. That includes some of management.

I love shopping at Value Village, I think they still have the best variety of items out there, I can't give any of them more than a 3 star however because they are way off on their pricing. The latest example is at this store, I was there on the weekend, and they had a blue mountain pottery horse in the showcase priced at $179.95.someone donated an item, obviously in the hopes someone else would buy it and cherish it, and VV steps in the middle of that happy story with an outrageous greedy price.so in fairness to their pricing practices, I decided to look into the item and see if $179 is a fair price.and found only one similar on eBay listed at $229.listed.not even a sold price. This kind of greed is disappointing and I hope Value Village reevaluates its policies soon.

Other than that, The staff is always very friendly here and very helpful.and if you search, you can still find an occasional treasure that got through the pricing department relatively unscathed.

Awesome Hallowe'en costumes. Got a great winter coat for my partner for under $20. Can find some really good stuff there.

A fun walk. Set up much nicer than it was. A few things a tad expensive, but that's the eye of the beholder I guess.

I find amazing stuff there.the prices are usually fine.but their bathroom is utterly disgusting. It is filthy.smells terrible.there are flies in it.go to your own bathroom before going.trust me.

Hit or miss, some days you can find great deals, especially on video games (PS4, Wii, etc). But, most of the time it's a decent place to get used clothing for kids/baby's.

Over priced alot of stuff $4.9 9 $6.99 for bathtowels when get new bathtowels $3 at Walmart etc. Some deals but some not

This great shopping experience, everyone needs to at least try it for really anything they need in their lives! Especially for coming up school or for your pet furniture and jewelry and clothing for the whole family!

Always a fan of tho2s place. I was gonna order a potato ricer from amazon for 30 bucks.found one there in excellent condition for four bucks.haha

To expensive in prices especially when they get the product for free i refuse to pay 23.99 for jeans when i can buy the same ones at walmart
