Definitely the best local car repair in town. I have been served for couple years.every time I visit, the service is quick and professional as always.

It was my first time at Valvoline Express Care at the Scarborough Location. They were very fast and efficient. I was glad that I went to Valvoline to fix the problem with my car.

I had a pleasant time having my car serviced for oil change and engine filter for the first time here. They used their systems to understand exactly which oil to utilize & they recommended after performing a normal diagnostic test, what I should have done for optimal drive and care for my car. Co-owner Suresh acted quick and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you - I will definitely be back.

They scammed me big time
I went for an oil change they ended up telling me that there are other things that needs to be changed for my car and I trusted them so I said yes do it
They do half of the he job and charge you full price when you go for the next oil change they say that the problem is not fully done and you have to pay again to do the same thing which you were told last time that it’s done their manager we’re supposed to get back to and they never did
The guys that work there they take advantage of how much you know about cars they speak in their language with each other and decides how much they will charge you
I will not return tho this place anymore

The staff here were above and beyond. The price for the services was cheaper than other places that gave me quotes and theyre open on weekends! They also definitely have mechanics that know their motorcycles.

Great service, went in for a tire change, was quick and easy. Prices are fair/competitive compared to other franchise mechanics.

This guy told me that i wasted his time after he charged me 55 dollars for taking one tire off and putting it on in 15 minutes

I want to thank the owner and team since they have provided proper advice than blindly repair the vehicle and grab money from their customer. My SUV engine got seized and the cost to replace the engine is over CAD6000. They have given the maintenance history and my all invoices copy to help me to approach the showroom and demand to replace the engine. Since I have done all services on time, company replaced the engine for free of cost.

Thanks again to the team and this center is highly recommended.

Came in for an oil and tire change with my car freshly washed beforehand. They then ran my car through their cloth wash without asking and now I have swirl marks on my black paint.

As per volvo technician customer doesn't know anything about the car. Their statement is end of the story.

Do not communicate to client about additional services they will provide nor ask your consent to provide them. Also like to blame the customer instead of taking accountability.

What a fantastic place. I'm having a bit special car which requires different kind of oil as well as filter so I've been to 5-6 places to change the oil but everyone gave me common answer that they don't have filter or oil that my car requires. I called this guys to ask if they have both of them & guess what, they had both with very reasonable price. Fabulous service, super friendly staff & reasonable price. Definitely suggesting.

I've been here 3 times for oil change:) they checked everything and had a carwash for free, would stick to this shop for as long as I drive.

Got good service. Equipment is good and looks up to date and professional (judging from no experience in cars), however the staff was constantly arguing in their language, like literally yelling across the shop at each other.
