I had a superb experience with the apartment rental executive. They were professional, the apartment was excellent, and their service was top-notch. I highly recommend them for a stress-free rental experience.

The new management HazelView is doing an awesome work in keeping the building clean and also repairing the roads and parking lots.

The hazelview management at 37 vanier and 49 vanier are the best management. They respond very quickly for any issue at the building and great service and very friendly. I have been seeing many management but they are the best

The worst experience I have had. Uncleaned lobby, the lobby stinks. Lack of appropriate management is deemed as main issue for this property. Laundries are always out of service. Laundry cards do not get dispensed here on regular basis. I was waiting for more than a month to get my own.
Even after 8 months of repetitive calling I was not given a designated parking lot.
All in all, if you care about yourself and your family never go there. If you did you would realize my point.

Lived here for a year between 2021 and 2022. This place is a roach motel and full of filthy people who leave trash in the hallways. No matter how clean you are, there will be problems.

AC did not work upon moving in and was never fixed before me moved out. Leak in our ceiling caused a huge, moldy brown spot that was also never fixed. The management does their best, but this place is a circus.

How they have managed to curate this listing to have 4.5 stars is beyond me. Do not move here, not under any circumstances.

For future tenants that don’t have a choice but to live in this building. Please visit a day or two to your apartment before you move to check if every thing is working and apartment is clean on your moving day.
Warnings/Cons:
1.cockroaches’ infestation still unresolved. However, there’s improvement only few cockroaches left. You will wake up middle of the night cockroaches rooming around you. (Notes it takes a lot of complaint before they take action)
2. Maintenance issue- Sometimes they send someone just to look at it and doesn’t have a knowledge to fix the issue. You will end up waiting weeks to months to years for the right person to fix the problem. When our hot water/heater broke. We suffer almost a month without hot water in our apartment. We have to beg and send multiple emails for them to give us temporary access of hot water in the building.
3. Poor communication/management- you will be ignored. I’ve been sent message even through text message. Message just be seen and have to wait days and almost a week before get response.
4. Maintenance issue again and again- when we send maintenance requests, they put resolved even no one pay a visit to check the issue. Currently our AC is broken (since last year) and we send multiple requests to fix it since last year until now we are suffering and living uncomfortable in this apartment.
5. Issue during winter season- no one clean the driveway. Specially for tenants that park underground. The entrance is not driveable. As well as the main entrance of the building.
6. Rainy Season- flood every where in the parking lot. Even rain is not heavy floods everywhere.
7. Not safe- my package got stolen. Not sure if the cctv in lobby is working. I ask to review the cctv but no response from the management.
8. Establishment is not PWD-friendly.
9. Laundry Room- manage by sparkle solutions. BAD experience +. Reach out to them couple of times to fix and pay visit to clean the laundry machines it takes forever to wait. They promise to refund my money because dryers are not working properly but didn’t happen. You will waste a lot of money cause one cycle for dryer can’t dry your clothes.
Since we move the only improvement is finally, they found a cleaner that really love what he is doing. Kudos to Gustavo Thanks for trying to keep the lobby clean. You are the best.
Recommendation Rental units: Wilson place: I visited the place and talked to the tenants. So far, no bad/negative comments. Laundry machine included in every apartment. Better price.

I'm not suprise tenants in this building helping each other to sue this rental company with their malpractice.

Unhappy tenant

In my apartment, two burners of stove are not working and the building representative are not changing our stove its been 3 months we are requesting and one of the burner was out last year when i called the manager she said we cant replace when its just one burner. Not only this our air conditioner is not working from last two years and they doesn’t do anything about it. Last year we had no hot water for a week they were not helpful. When we said we will call city inspector the manager said you can call.

It is amazing. Sometimes i visit my friend there and i love it, if i ever move i will go to live there.still the best in town if you ask me. I saw the imporovement being made Good Job.

Every since kaila in the office and Tyler in maintenance have worked here, the 2 buildings have made such a positive change in so many ways. Thank you so much for all your hard work guys. I came to visit family and noticed how great the buildings were.

This apartment building has come a long way, in the past couple months I've noticed the grounds are well kept keep up the great work!

Much cleaner than I remember it being. Whoever they hired for the cleaning service is making an actual impact which is nice to see.

Kaila was extremely helpful with all my questions. The overall Maitnance of the place was very well kept

I have noticed over the last couple months that the apartment and the grounds have been cleaned up and maintained a lot more than previously. The friendly staff seem to take pride in their work. Great job!
